て所謂プレフアブ方式のインナールームを新たに
設けることにより行い、以つて施工の簡略化を図
る傾向に在る。

であり、しかも、梁材による補強強度を可及的に
改善し得るプレフアブルームの補強構造を提供す
るに在る。

に立設された支柱と、該支柱間の上部間を繋ぐよ
うに巡らされた上枠材とで、該上枠材と基礎枠間
に壁パネルを建付ける為の建付枠を構築し、更に
前記上枠の辺間に梁材を架設すると共に角隅にコ
ーナープレートを敷設して上記建付枠を補強する
ようにした。
