Claims (1)

るカルマン渦に対応する信号を検出する渦流量計
において、前記渦発生体は一端に形成された凹部
に一対の圧電素子が積層されて挿入され前記管路
に前記一端が固定されると共に他端に前記管路に
固定する固定端が形成され、この固定端は前記管
路に固定されたバネにより前記渦発生体の軸方向
