出手段と、前記配管内を前記チヨークを介して流
れる流体の流量を検出し、検出信号を出力する流
量検出手段と、前記配管内を流れる流体の圧力に
よつて前記チヨークの内径寸法および外径寸法が
変位したときに該チヨークに生じる電圧を検出し
、この検出した電圧に基づき該チヨークに電圧を
印加してチヨークの内径寸法および長さ寸法を所
定の値に保持するチヨーク寸法制御手段と、該チ
ヨーク寸法制御手段によつて前記チヨークの内径
寸法および長さ寸法が所定の値になつたときに前
記差圧検出手段および流量検出手段からの各検出
信号に基づいて前記配管内の流体の粘度を測定す
る粘度測定手段とから構成してなる圧電式粘度計
