Claims (1)
速又は流量を測定する渦流量計において、測定流体の流
れる管路と、該管路の管壁に設けられた支持機構と、該
支持機構に対向した前記管路の管壁に設けられた挿入孔
と、該挿入孔を介して前記管路に挿入され一端が前記支
持機構に着脱自在に取付状られ他端が前記挿入孔に固定
された柱状の受力体と、該受力体の軸方向に設けられた
凹部と、該凹部に前記受力体の軸対称でかつ流れと直角
方向に対向して設けられ押圧固定されその検出信号が互
いに差動的に処理される少くとも2個の応力検出部と、
前記支持機構が前記受力体を常に抗力方向の上流点で支
