対称な断面形状になっている渦発生体と、測定流体の流
れ方向に対向した前記渦発生体の一側面に取り付けられ
ていて取付位置での測定流体による圧力に応じた検出信
号を発生する圧力検出手段と、該圧力検出手段からの検
出信号をもとにして測定流体の流れ方向を検知しこの流
れ方向についての流量を前記渦発生体に加わる交番の圧
力から求める演算部とを具備したことを特徴とする渦流
