ランク軸の曲げ疲労強度とを対比して示した線図
、第３図Ａは本考案に係るクランク軸の鋳放し粗
材の金属組織を示した写真、第３図Ｂは第３図Ａ
に示した鋳放し粗材に高周波焼入れを施したもの
の金属組織を示した写真、第４図Ａは従来のＦＣ
Ｄ７０材を用いたクランク軸の鋳放し粗材の金属
組織を示した写真、第４図Ｂは第２図の鋳放し素
材に高周波焼入れを施したものの金属組織を示し
た写真、第５図は球状黒鉛鋳鉄の組成中銅の含有
量と鋳造粗材中のフエライト量との関係を示した

Claims (1)
- 炭素３．４〜３．９％、シリコン１．７〜２．
４％、マンガン０．４〜０．８％、銅０．８〜１
．２％、マグネシウム０．０２〜０．０６％、燐
０．１％以下、硫黄０．０２５％以下（何れも重
量％）を含み、残部鉄からなる鋳放しクランク軸
のクランクピン部及びジヤーナル部の外周面及び
フイレツト部に高周波焼入れを施し、焼入れ層内
における球状黒鉛外周のフエライト層をほとんど
消失させたことを特徴とする鋳鉄クランク軸。
