In the case of an aluminum heat sink, it is not possible to solder it, so the legs protruding from one side of the heat sink can be bent by penetrating the printed circuit board, or the one side of the heat sink can be made of a material that can be soldered, such as brass. By fixing pins and terminals, penetrating the pins and terminals into the printed circuit board and soldering them,
I was fixing the printed circuit board and heat sink.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the terminal 2 is
The cylindrical part 5 is formed at the base of a fixed piece 6 that is slightly longer than the thickness of a printed circuit board (not shown). The rising pieces 8, 8 are arranged in a row, and the folded pieces 9, 9 are arranged in a row on the inner side of the rising pieces 8, 8. The inner shape of this cylindrical portion 5 is similar to that of the protruding piece 4.
As shown in FIG. A projecting piece 4 is placed between the folded piece 9 and the base piece 7.
It is designed so that it can be pinched. Further, the end edge of the folded piece 9 is formed with an R portion 10 as shown in FIG. On the other hand, the central part of the base piece 7 is made to correspond to the square hole 11 bored in the central part of the projecting piece 4,
An elastic piece 12 is provided which is punched inward, and as shown in FIG. 5, the elastic piece 12 projects into the square hole 11 and the two pieces are engaged with each other.

The assembly of the fin main body 1 and the terminal 2 in the above embodiment will be explained as follows. That is, align the cylindrical portion 5 of the terminal 2 with the end of the protruding piece 4 of the fin main body 1,
Next, the terminal 2 is moved toward the fin main body 1 side as indicated by the arrow 13 in FIG. At the initial stage of fitting, the R portion 10 of the folded piece 9
As a result of the contact with the end edge 4a of the projecting piece 4, the folded pieces 9, 9 are spread out as they move. Therefore, when the fitting is completed, the projecting piece 4 is held between the folded piece 9 and the base piece 7 by the elasticity of the folded piece 9, and the terminals 2, 2 are prevented from wobbling.

On the other hand, during the above movement, the elastic piece 12
After coming into contact with the edge 4a of the base piece 7 and being flush with the base piece 7, it returns and enters the square hole 11 when it matches the position of the square hole 11. As a result, the edge of the elastic piece 12 and the edge of the square hole 11 are engaged, making it impossible for the terminal 2 to be removed.
