49196に示されているように、この異物粒子を集塵
し磁気ディスク上に塵埃のない洗浄された空気を送り込
むためにエアーフィルターを設けており、エアーフィル
ターを専用ケースに収納後ベース等に取り付けて磁気デ
ィスク装置内に収納している。
