提案されたチツプ形ネツトワーク抵抗器の平面図
である。 １……絶縁基板、２……個別電極、３……抵抗
層、４……オーバーコート層、５……コモン電極
。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板上を横切つて延設したコモン電極と、
    このコモン電極を挟む上記絶縁基板の両側部に配
    設した複数の個別電極との間に、それぞれ抵抗層
    を介設し、これらの抵抗層を被覆して上記コモン
    電極を露出させる位置にオーバーコート層を設け
    るとともに、上記コモン電極および各個別電極に
    メツキ処理を施したことを特徴とするチツプ形ネ
    ツトワーク抵抗器。
