[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial field of application] This invention is used to form horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures, and to create a structure in which the vertical joints are sealed with caulking material. This invention relates to a useful siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board). [Prior Art] Examples of this type of board that have been used in the past include Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339 and Utility Model Publication No. 51-29339.
These include No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and walls formed using it have the appearance of a continuous mountain. In addition, this type of board had the disadvantage that the decorative surface was flat (including embossing) by design, and lacked a three-dimensional effect due to mere steps and irregularities. In addition, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are also known among this type of board, but they have a three-dimensional effect,
It had the disadvantages of lacking waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economy. Besides, the thickness is 0.27~0.36mm as surface material.
In a wall formed of a board using synthetic resin foam as a core material, a back-up material 25 and a caulking material 26 are used at vertical joints β' as shown in FIG. 5b. I needed to fill it up. However, the caulking material 26 only adheres to the edge of the surface material in a minute area, and the portion of the caulking material 26 that adheres to the synthetic resin foam hardly contributes to the adhesive strength. As a result, the caulking material 26 only has a slight adhesion to the end surface of the surface material, is easily damaged by external force or weather-resistant deterioration, requires skill in the filling process, and does not have a beautiful appearance. However, there were disadvantages such as the long time required for construction. Furthermore, since this type of board is produced on a continuous line and cut with a running cutter, the end of the board is deformed on the end face side of the long decorative surface, resulting in a compressed and deformed state near the end (front sag). It was hot. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention
The decorative surface part is divided into a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces by a decorative groove formed in an approximately triangular shape from the side and sloped surfaces.
In addition, the appearance is improved due to the relationship between specular reflection and diffuse reflection due to the inclined surface of the decorative groove and the inclined piece provided on the male connecting portion.
The decorative piece is made to stand out to enhance the three-dimensional effect, and a recess is formed between the side surface of the decorative groove and the sloped surface to improve the appearance of the joint and the appearance of the decorative groove when the boards are connected. As something very similar, it creates a horizontal line with a unified three-dimensional effect on the wall, giving it a beautiful appearance, as well as preventing warping, twisting, and
In addition to preventing flattening and improving economy and workability by forming the board wide, a male connecting part is formed on one side edge of the decorative surface part and a female type connecting part is formed on the other end, and the decorative groove is The height of the side wall and the side wall of the female type connecting part are made almost the same, so that when the wall is formed, the decorative surface part looks three-dimensional due to the shading. A groove is formed to prevent capillary action and return rain to improve the waterproofness of the connection part, and at least one of the decorative surface part and the side edge in the short direction of the inclined piece of the male connection part is bent inward. This makes it easy and beautiful to form the vertical joints where the boards are joined together, making it extremely easy to install caulking material on the vertical joints, in a short time, with a beautiful finished surface, and with excellent adhesion. Make sure that the force is fully exerted and that the core material is not exposed or the caulking material is damaged.
In addition, the present invention proposes a drop-in type board that can be easily constructed by one worker without requiring any skill. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, and includes, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a zinc/nickel alloy plated steel sheet, an aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel plate, SUPER ZINK), an aluminum plate, and an aluminum plated steel sheet. A surface material made of metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of alloy plate, copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration-damping steel plate, etc., or a synthetic resin plate formed by one type of roll, press, or extrusion molding. 1 , a core material 23 filled on the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 24 covering the back surface of the core material 23 in a sandwich-like structure. That is , as shown in FIG .
It is composed of 6. To explain further, the decorative surface portion 2 is formed from at least one decorative groove 3 formed along the longitudinal direction of the board A and decorative pieces 2a and 2b divided into a plurality of pieces by the decorative groove 3. This makeup groove 3 is the makeup piece 2a.
The side surface 4, which intersects at θ 11 ≒90°), and the inclined surface 5, which intersects the decorative piece 2b at θ 22 ≦90°), form an approximately triangular cross section, and the side surface 4 and the inclined surface A depression 6 is formed in the middle between the surface 5 and the surface 5. Furthermore, the cosmetic groove 3 is one in the center of the decorative surface part 2 , or a plurality of grooves are arranged so as to divide the decorative surface part 2 into 3 to 5 parts, and mainly prevents the decorative surface part 2 from warping, twisting, and being bent. Cosmetic piece 2b: The ratio of the sloped surface 5 is about 1:5 to 5:1, and the so-called decorative pieces 2a, 2b and the sloped surface create a large shadow different from the conventional decorative rib and enhance the three-dimensional effect of the decorative surface part 2 . 5
The contrast between specular reflection and diffused reflection between the decorative grooves 3 and 3 creates a sense of unevenness, and as shown in FIG. The joints between the walls are made into decorative grooves to improve the design of the wall. The male connecting part 7 has an inclined piece 8 bent at an angle θ 3 that is approximately the same as the angle θ 2 of the inclined surface 5 of the decorative groove 3 , and the decorative piece 2 with its edge outward.
an insertion edge 9 protruding substantially parallel to a and 2b; an engagement groove 12 in which the tip of the insertion edge 9 is bent inward and then outward to form a substantially U-shaped cross section; Extension portion 14 protruding outward from the lower edge 13 of the engagement groove 12
and a tongue piece 15 which is bent into a seam shape at the tip of the extension part 14 as required. To explain in more detail, since the inclined piece 8 is bent at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 2 between the inclined surface 5 of the decorative groove 3 and the decorative piece 2b, it improves the flow of rainwater and allows rainwater to flow into the joint. This prevents the accumulation of water, promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joint, and helps increase the working width. Further, on the upper surface of the insertion edge 9, a groove 10 is recessed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board A.
and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) provided at the tip 1
1. This insertion edge 9 fits into a fitting groove 20 which will be described later, and the lower edge 19 of the fitting groove 20 is inserted into the engaging groove 12 to make the connection structure of the board A double, which improves the engagement force and waterproof property. , which improves airtightness. In addition, there is an air gap in the connecting structure by the groove portion 10.
is formed, thereby preventing capillary phenomenon, and since the reinforcing ribs 11 function as rain repellents within the connection structure, waterproofness is greatly improved. Further, the tongue piece 15 prevents the tip of the extension part 14 from waving and also prevents injuries caused by the end of the extension part 14 during operation. The female connecting portion 16 is the decorative surface portion 2
The side wall 7 has its lower end bent inward at an angle θ 4 corresponding to the angle θ 1 of the side surface 4 of the decorative groove 3; It is formed from a fitting groove 20 which is bent toward the lower edge 19 and has a U-shaped cross section, and a tongue piece 21 whose tip of the lower edge 19 is bent into a seam shape. To explain further, the lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 12 when the insertion edge 9 is fitted into the engagement groove 20, as shown in FIG. This helps to further strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness. Further, the tongue piece 21 can be formed into an upper ridge shape to sandwich one end edge of the back material 24, as shown in FIG. 1, or can be bent into a lower ridge shape. Reference numeral 22 denotes an end wall that allows at least one of the side ends of the decorative pieces 2a, 2b, the inclined surface 5, and the inclined piece 8 in the short direction to be vertically or at an arbitrary angle, for example, 30°.
It is curved and inclined at an angle of ~150°. This end wall 22 serves as a reinforcement for preventing the decorative pieces 2a, 2b, the inclined surfaces 5, and the inclined pieces 8 from warping, twisting, and sagging, and as an adhesion surface for the caulking material 26 as shown in FIG. 5a. Along with functioning,
This serves to block the infiltration of rainwater, heat, and sunlight from the end surface side of the board A, thereby protecting the core material 23, which will be described later. To explain further, the end wall 22 prevents the deformation of the end of the board A, thereby making the edge of the board A straight, improving the aesthetic appearance, and making the vertical joint β as shown in FIG. 5a.
By increasing the effective adhesion area with the caulking material 26, the waterproofing of the caulking material 26,
This allows the packing function to be fully exhibited and makes it difficult for the caulking material 26 to peel off due to vibrations or the like. Note that the end wall 22 has decorative pieces 2a,
2b, the inclined surface 5, and the inclined piece 8, and its shape is such that it does not cover the recessed portion 6, the engagement groove 12, and the fitting groove 20, and does not protrude from the back surface of the core material 23. It can be formed into any shape within a range. The core material 23 is filled at least in a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface part 2 , the male connecting part 7 , and the female connecting part 16 on the back surface of the surface material 1 and mainly provides heat insulation properties to the board A. It is made of one type of material that has secondary functions such as adhesiveness, noncombustible material, cushioning material, and soundproofing material.
Specifically, it consists of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it consists of one type of material such as one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It is something. In addition, when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 23, the surface material 1 , and the back material 24. To explain further, the core material 23 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, methane). It consists of one or more of the following: sodium borate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. Also,
There is a recess 23a on the back side of the core material 23 near the female connecting part.
will be established. This concave portion 23a is provided to prevent rattling and level differences in the connecting portion when the boards A are connected, and to prevent the aesthetic appearance of the wall from being impaired. 24
covers at least the back side of the core material 23 with a backing material to make the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, and a packing material. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass. Type 1 or 2 of fiber non-woven fabric etc.
It is made of a laminate of seeds or more, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Here, the sizes of the above-mentioned parts will be briefly explained. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the makeup piece 2
The lengths of b and 2a are L 1 and L 2 respectively, the range of the slope 5 is W 1 , the range of the slope piece 8 is W 2 , and the distance from the tip of the insertion edge 9 to the deepest part of the engagement groove 12 is l 1 , the distance from the tip of the insertion edge 9 to the end of the inclined piece 8 of the groove portion 10 is l 2 , the distance from the innermost part of the engagement groove 12 to the edge of the extension portion 14 is l 3 , the fitting groove Lower edge 19 from the deepest part of 20
The distance to the tip of is l 4 , the distance from the deepest part of the fitting groove 20 to the lower end of the side wall 17 is l 5 , the range of the recess 23a is l 6 , the height of the side surface 4 is h 1 , the height of the side wall 17 h 2 ,
If the heights from the decorative pieces 2a, 2b to the back surface of the core material 23 are h 3 and h 4 , l 1 ≒ l 4 , l 2 ≦ l 5 , l 3 ≒ l 6 , h 1
h 2 , h 3 ≒ h 4 , and L 1 :W 1 =1:5~5:
1, there is a relationship of L 2 :W 2 =1:5 to 5:1. In other words, the above relationship means that when the boards A are connected, the decorative grooves 3 and the joints have a very similar appearance, creating unified lines in the wall, forming a wall with rich design, and also making the slope 5, the slope Piece 8 and cosmetic pieces 2a, 2b
This is to improve the three-dimensional appearance of the board through specular reflection and diffused reflection. Note that L 1 , L 2 , and
It is desirable that W 1 and W 2 satisfy L 1 ≒ L 2 , W 1 ≒ W 2 , but if necessary, L 1 > L 2 or L 1 < L 2 , W 1
>W 2 or W 1 <W 2 , that is, L 1 :W 1 ≠L 2 :
A relationship such as W 2 is also possible. Here, board A according to the present invention and conventional board
Let's compare it with A′. As an example, as shown in Fig. 1 , a colored steel plate (thickness 0.27
mm), decorative piece 2b: inclined surface 5, decorative piece 2
a: The inclined pieces 8 are formed at a ratio of 5:2, and the core material 23
The polyisocyanurate foam is discharged as a raw material, reacted and foamed to a density of 30Kg/ m3 ,
A board A as shown in FIG. 1 was manufactured by preparing aluminum kraft paper as the backing material 24. On the other hand, as a comparative example, an end wall 2 as shown in FIG.
A board A′ without 2 was molded. In addition, the comparative example is
The length, thickness, and material used were the same as in the example.
The following various tests were conducted on both boards A and A'. Namely, ○A moist heat, drying test, ○B density variation test of core material 23, ○C vertical joints β, β' (shown in Figure 5 a and b, Examples were formed as shown in a and comparative examples were formed as shown in b) ) Waterproof test, ○ Niko King material 26
We measured workability during filling, observation of the external appearance after manufacturing (○), measurement of the defective product rate (in view of the appearance of the butt end) in (○), and measurement of deformation during cutting in (○). The results were as shown in the table below. In addition, ○A is the height from the plane at the center of each cosmetic piece after drying at 80 ± 5 ° C for 105 minutes and leaving at 90% RH for 2 hours (convex shape is +, concave shape is -) , ○B shows the cases when the density of the core material 23 is approximately constant over the entire width and when it varies greatly, the former being 30 to 33 kg/m 3 and the latter being 20
Appearance of the decorative surface part 2 when the foam structure is ~40Kg/m 3 and many voids are observed. ○C is for the vertical joints β and β′
Leakage to the back side and damage to vertical joints β and β′ when water is injected at a pressure of 70 kgf, ○D indicates filling time for the same length and width, ○E indicates overall observation of boards A and A′,
◯ indicates the proportion of boards A and A' that are defective due to the end surface, and ◯ indicates deformation due to front sagging caused by cutting. [Table] [Table] Note that if the height of the decorative surface portion increases or decreases by 1 mm, the shrinkage or elongation of the back material 24 in the width direction will be 12 mm. This is because the foamed structure of the core material 23 is exposed at the end of the wood, resulting in poor filling and non-uniformity of the foamed structure. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, boards A 1 and A 2 use a 0.27 mm thick colored steel plate for the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 24, and the core material 23 is composed of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.
4, raw materials for polyisocyanurate foam were discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the extension part 14 of the nth board A 1 was fixed to the wall base 27 consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheet is used) via nails 28. do.
Next, the female connecting part 16 of the n+1st stage board A2
The fitting groove 20 is fitted into the insertion edge 9 of the male connecting portion 7 of the board A1 to form a horizontal joint α as shown in FIG. In addition, the vertical joint β is formed by butting the side edges of the board A in the short direction, as shown in Fig. 5a.
Form as shown. That is, it is sufficient to insert the backup material 25 into the vertical joint β and then fill the caulking material 26 so as not to protrude from the decorative surface portion 2 . The vertical joint β formed in this way is similar to the vertical joint (fifth joint) of the conventional horizontal board.
Unlike β' (shown in FIG. b), since the bonding area between the surface material 1 and the caulking material 26 is large, it has excellent waterproofness, workability, and vibration resistance. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for the exit and entry corners (not shown). [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 6 a-i to 11 a-n. Since at least one decorative groove is formed in the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced and warping, twisting, and flattening can be prevented, and the decorative surface part does not become mountain-like. Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, even one person can perform the work, and the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant. Since the groove is formed on the upper side of the insertion edge, it prevents capillary phenomenon and functions as a rain cover, improving the waterproofness of the connecting part. Since the shape of the decorative groove and the shape of the joint are made to be very similar, it is possible to create a unified horizontal line on the wall, give the wall a three-dimensional feel, and improve its aesthetics. Decorative piece: Slanted piece, Decorative piece: Slanted surface with a ratio of 1:5 to 5:1, and the width of the sloped surface is wider than before, so the decorative piece stands out due to diffuse reflection and specular reflection, creating a wall with a three-dimensional effect. Can form a body. Since an end wall is formed on each decorative surface piece, the sloped surface, and at least one side edge of the sloped piece, no apparent warpage of unevenness appears even due to uneven distribution of the core material or residual strain due to molding of the surface material. There is no deformation caused by front sagging when cutting the board. Caulking of vertical joints becomes extremely easy and reliable.
The board has a sanderch structure, which provides soundproofing and
Thermal insulation, vibration isolation, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength are significantly improved. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
