図において、1は誘電体基板、2はマイクロス
トリツプ線路、3は抵抗体、4はλ/4オープン
スタブ、5は信号波入力端子、6は信号波出力端
子、7はピンダイオード、8は電圧印加端子であ
る。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分
を示す。
