図において、１は誘電体基板、２はマイクロス
トリツプ線路、３は抵抗体、４はλ／４オープン
スタブ、５は信号波入力端子、６は信号波出力端
子、７はピンダイオード、８は電圧印加端子であ
る。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分
を示す。
