内に収容した液体状のクリームハンダもしくは接着剤等
の高粘性流体を略一定量ずつ吐出させる装置であって、
この定量吐出容器体は図2に示す如く、一端にノズル6
aを形成し他端を開口した合成樹脂材からなる注射器状
のシリンダ6と、高粘性流体2を押し出すべくこのシリ
ンダ6内を往復動するピストン部材7とからなる。 そして定量吐出装置は、シリンダ6内に圧搾空気を送り
込むことでピストン部材7が高粘性流体2をノズル6a
から適量ずつ吐出するものである。ここで、シリンダ6
内の高粘性流体2に気泡が混入していると、回路基板等

ル6aを通してシリンダ6内へ充填するものである。こ
のような充填方法によれば、高粘性流体2が流入する定
量吐出容器体5のノズル6a先端は、大気中に露出する
ことなく常に高粘性流体2内に位置することから、シリ
ンダ6内には高粘性流体2だけが充填される。
