Claims (1)
- 加工液を介在し加工を行う放電加工装置におい
て、その加工電極とその加工電極及び被加工物を
形状を測定するための測定治具、例えば基準球等
を、加工液、加工スラツジを除去するために設け
られた洗浄装置において、クリーンなエアーと揮
発性の高い洗浄液、例えば、シンナー等を交互に
吹き掛けながら洗浄することを特徴とする放電加
工装置用測定治具洗浄装置。
