Claims (1)
- 陰陽いずれか一方の電極を加工テーブル上に所
定の間隔で複数配置し、筒状の加工槽を、前記各
電極をそれぞれ囲みかつ加工テーブル上に設置し
た際にその底部側が液密に閉塞されるように着脱
可能に設け、これらの加工槽に加工液を供給する
手段を各加工槽毎に設けるとともに、他方の電極
となる工具を少なくとも１個備えていることを特
徴とする複槽式放電加工装置。
