Claims (1)
- 洗浄液やエアーを断続的に供給して、ワークを
洗浄する装置において、外周に凹凸部を形成して
なるカムと、このカムに当接して作動するエアー
の流路切換弁と、この流路切換弁を介して供給す
るエアーによつて作動して前記洗浄液およびエア
ーの供給、停止を行う洗浄液遮断弁およびエアー
遮断弁とを備えてなることを特徴とする洗浄装置
。
