Claims (1)
電センサ装置であつて、セラミツク共振器が実装
される回路基板には電極パターン形成部が突出形
成されており、この電極パターン形成部には検出
電極パターンが電極パターン形成部の突出方向に
伸張して形成され、検出電極パターンの基端側は
前記セラミツク共振器の出力端子に接続され、検
出電極パターンの伸張先端面は被検出体に対向す
る静電容量変化の検出電極面になつている静電セ
