電センサ装置において、回路基板の一方側の面に
は導体金属から成る高周波グランド面が形成され
、この高周波グランド面上に前記誘電体共振器が
配設されるとともに、誘電体共振器を除いた回路
部分は前記高周波グランド面を境として誘電体共
振器とは電磁界的および静電的に遮断された位置
に形成されていることを特徴とする静電センサ装
置。 (2) 誘電体共振器を用いた発振回路部と、被検
出体との静電容量変化を検出する検出部と、この
検出部で検出される静電容量の微小変化で同調点
が変化する共振回路の誘電体共振器とを有する静
電センサ装置において、回路基板の一方側の面に
は導体金属から成る高周波グランド面が形成され
、この高周波グランド面上に前記誘電体共振器が
配設されるとともに、誘電体共振器を除いた回路
部分は前記高周波グランド面を境として誘電体共
振器とは電磁界的および静電的に遮断された位置
に形成されており、また、前記誘電体共振器側に
は該誘電体共振器との浮遊分布容量を一定にする
シールド部材が設けられていることを特徴とする
