Field of the Invention The present invention relates to architectural panels (hereinafter simply referred to as panels) useful for constructing the outer and inner walls of buildings and structures. More specifically, even if the decorative surface width and panel thickness are increased, the panel has a male-female mating structure that will not peel off from the wall base, and will not expose fixing tools such as nails to the outside. be.

There was a drawback that it was transmitted to the α side and corroded the wall base α. In addition, since the fixture β is formed near the joint part b, rainwater etc. can directly reach the head of the fixture β,
Since the fixture β reaches the fixing hole drilled in the panel a1, there are drawbacks such as rusting of the fixture β and rainwater entering the wall base α from the fixing hole. Furthermore, joint part b
The fixing tool β was visible from the outside through the gap, and the aesthetic appearance was greatly degraded. In addition, the end of the back material on the fixed part side is fixed by the fixing tool β, but the end of the back material on the lower end side is fixed by the insertion edge c of the surface material, so earthquakes, wind pressure, fires, etc. When external forces such as
One end of the front surface material and one end of the back surface material were held down only by the strength of the insertion edge c, and there was a disadvantage in that the connecting force was lacking.

It consists of a fixing groove 13. The insertion edge 7 and the engagement groove 11 are as shown in FIG.
This is a part that is fixed to the wall base α by a fitting groove 17 and an engaging piece 19 of a female connecting part 14, which will be described later, and also a part that is fixed to the wall base α.
This is the part that functions as a fixing part for fixing the panel A to the wall base α by driving fixing tools β such as nails into the wall. In addition, the concave fixing groove 13 is formed to be larger than the height and width of the nail head of the fixing tool β, so that the fixing tool β does not protrude above the surface of the joint basement 5, and the panel A is engaged. When doing so, no gap is formed between the upper surface 15 of the female connecting part 14, the joint base 5, and the upper edge 8, which will be described later, and a gap is formed by the fixing groove 13 to prevent capillary phenomenon. This helps strengthen waterproofness.

An engagement piece 19 consisting of a lower surface 16 and an engagement piece lower surface 18, and a reinforcing piece 20 with the tip of the engagement piece lower surface 18 bent inward into an L-shape.
It consists of. To explain in more detail, the length from the tip of the insertion edge 7 to the edge of the fixing groove 13 on the side wall 3 side is l1
, the length of the upper surface 15 is l2, then l1 ≦l2
As shown in FIG. 4, the head of the fixture β is covered to improve waterproofness and aesthetics. Further, the fitting groove 15 and the engagement piece 19 are connected to the insertion edge 7 of the male connecting portion 6,
This is the part that engages the engagement groove 11 and fixes the panel A to the wall base α. The steps 2b and 2c formed on the decorative surface 2a are for making the decorative joints step-like, thereby making the joints three-dimensional and clear, and improving the design.

The reinforcing pieces 28 and 29 are formed by bending the ends of the horizontal pieces 24 and 25 inward, and a gutter-like part 21a is formed from these pieces. This back material 21 covers the back surface of a core material 30 (to be described later) to make the panel A a sandwich structure, and improves the mechanical strength of the panel A itself. It serves as a packing material, etc., and is made of the same metal or synthetic resin material as the surface material 1. In addition, the insertion part 27 and the insertion part 26 are connected as shown in FIG. 4, and the insertion part 27 is fixed to the fixed insertion part 26, and both ends of the back material 21 are fixed to the wall base α. This makes the wall strong against external forces. Furthermore, the insertion part 26 and the insertion part 27 are designed to greatly improve fireproofing and airtightness. In particular, in the unlikely event of a fire, they prevent flames from penetrating to the back surface 21b, making them fireproof and fireproof. This is to make Panel A capable of passing the test. In addition, in the figure, in order to further improve fire resistance and fire resistance, the front material 1 and the back material 21 are formed so as not to come into contact with each other to prevent thermal bridging and dew condensation.

, flame retardant aids (gypsum slag, talc, shirasu balloon, etc.)
, those mixed with aggregate (perlite, glass beads, etc.), fibrous materials (long and short fibers), etc., those that are coated with phenol foam powder around perlite and foamed by heating and pressurizing it. Alternatively, it may be made of cement board, gypsum board, rock wool board, glass wool board, ALC, insulation board, wood chip board, glass wool, etc., and may be formed from a single material or a combination of multiple materials. In addition, in the figure, the core material 30 is formed by filling the gutter-like portions 1a and 21a of the surface material 1 and the back material 21, and by preventing the surface material 1 and the back material 21 from coming into contact with each other even at the connecting portion. Even if the material 1 is heated due to a fire or the like, the heat is not transmitted to the backing material 21, thereby improving fire resistance, heat insulation, and dew condensation resistance by preventing thermal bridges. Further, 31 is a male part, and 32 is a female part.

It is designed so that it does not occur.

, using a 0.5 mm thick color steel plate as the back material 21,
The core material 30 is made by discharging a raw material of phenol foam mixed with pearlite particles, reacting and foaming it, and then curing and integrating it. Therefore, the fixing groove 13 of the n-th panel A1 is fixed to the steel frame base or the wall base α made of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. via fixing tools β such as screws. Next, the n+1st panel A2
The fitting groove 17 of the female connecting part 14 is inserted into the insertion edge 7 of the panel A1, and the female part 31 is inserted into the male part 32 to form a horizontal joint part as shown in FIG. be. Furthermore, in order to form the entire wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base toward the girder. In addition, it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, caulking material, and accessories for parts (not shown) such as exit and entry corners, around windows, and vertical joints.

等の特徴、効果がある。Effects of the Invention As explained above, according to the panel according to the present invention, (1) fixation to the wall base is achieved by fixing the surface material to the wall base by
Since the core material and backing material are fixed to the lower layer, the panel is securely fixed to the wall base and will not peel off. (2) Large panels can be securely fixed to the wall base without exposing nails, bolts, etc. to the outside. (3) The upper edge is recessed along the longitudinal direction to form a fixing groove that is wider than the head of the fixing device and has a height, so the fixing device protrudes from the upper edge and the joint basement. The waterproofness, airtightness, and workability of the joint can be improved. (4) Since the length of the upper surface is longer than the position of the fixing groove, the fixing tool is not exposed to the outside. (5) Since the surface material has a dropped structure, and the edges of the surface material and the ends of the back surface material form a real structure, fire resistance, airtightness, heat resistance, earthquake resistance, wind pressure resistance, etc. are improved. (6) Even if there is a slight error in the joint width, the fixture will not be visible from the outside. (7) Because the surface material and the back material do not come into contact even at the joint, thermal bridges are prevented and fire resistance, heat insulation, and dew condensation resistance are improved. (8) Since both ends of the backing material are fixed to the wall base, the wall becomes strong against external forces such as earthquakes and wind pressure. (9) The panel has improved waterproofness, airtightness, earthquake resistance, heat insulation, fireproofing, fireproofing, soundproofing, and workability. It has the following characteristics and effects.
