However, a gap γ is formed between panels al and 82 by the head of the fixture β, and rainwater etc. blown up from the joint part is transmitted to the wall base α side through this large gap γ, and the wall base α is It had the disadvantage of corrosion. In addition, since the fixture β is formed near the joint, rainwater, etc. will directly reach the head of the fixture β and the fixing hole drilled in the panel a1 by the fixture β. There were drawbacks such as rusting of β and infiltration of rainwater from the fixing holes into the wall base α.

Furthermore, the fixture β was visible from the outside through the gap between the joints, resulting in a greatly inferior aesthetic appearance. In addition, the end of the back material on the fixed part side is fixed by the fixing tool β,
The end of the backing material on the lower end side is only fixed by the insertion edge C of the facing material, so if external force is applied due to an earthquake, wind pressure, fire, etc., there will be a difference between one end of the facing material and one end of the backing material. It was in a state where it was held down only by the strength of the joint edge C, which had the disadvantage of lacking connecting force.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the panel according to the present invention, ■ fixing to the wall base is done by fixing the part of one edge of the surface material where the core material and back material are present in the lower layer; It is securely fixed to the wall base and will not peel off. ■ Large panels can be securely fixed to the wall base without exposing nails, bolts, etc. to the outside. ■The upper edge is recessed in the longitudinal direction to form a fixing groove that is wider and taller than the head of the fixing tool, so the fixing tool does not protrude beyond the upper edge or the joint base. , it is possible to improve the waterproofness, airtightness, and workability of the connection part. ■Since the length of the top surface is longer than the position of the fixing groove, the fixing tool will not be exposed to the outside. ■Even if there is a slight error in the joint width, the fixture will not be visible from the outside. ■The engaging pieces and grooves formed on the surface material prevent flames from fires, heat, and rainwater caused by wind and rain from penetrating into the wall base. ■The reinforcing piece formed on the male connection part side of the surface material is interposed within the core material, ensuring integration with the core material and improving the strength of the insertion edge against external forces. . ■If the reinforcing piece is formed to the point where it is fixed by the fixture, the strength of the insertion edge will be further improved. ■If the structure is such that the surface material and the back material do not come into contact even at the joints, thermal bridges are prevented and fire resistance, heat insulation, and condensation resistance are improved. [Phase] Since both ends of the backing material are fixed to the wall base, the wall becomes strong against external forces such as earthquakes and wind pressure. ■Depending on the shape of the facing material, the outer wall can be constructed with the backing material on the front side. ■The panel has improved waterproofness, airtightness, earthquake resistance, heat insulation, fireproofing, soundproofing, and workability. It has the following characteristics and effects.
