Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance function of an agitating element without enlarging an occupied space by providing integrally a propeller blade inside a turbine impeller blade. CONSTITUTION:A turbine impeller blade 3, a disk 4 and a propeller blade 5 are installed on an agitation shaft 2 provided in an agitation tank 1. Said turbine impeller blade 3 is disposed outside the propeller blade 5. The agitation shaft 2 is rotated to carry out radial flow type agitation by means of the turbine blade 3, while the propeller blade 5 carried out axial flow type agitation, agitating up or down in the rotating direction of the agitation shaft 2. Therefore, radial flow and axial flow type agitations can be carried out by one stage constitution, though an occupied space is small, to enhance the function of agitating element.
