である。 図において、２はダイヤフラム、４は台座、７
はボンデイングワイヤ、９は出力線、１０はシリ
コンオイル、２０はケース、２１はステム、２２
は圧力検知部、２３は端子である。なお、各図中
、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示すものであ
る。
第２図は従来の圧力センサの一例を示す縦断面図
である。 図において、２はダイヤフラム、４は台座、７
はボンデイングワイヤ、９は出力線、１０はシリ
コンオイル、２０はケース、２１はステム、２２
は圧力検知部、２３は端子である。なお、各図中
、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示すものであ
る。
Claims (1)
- ケースに設けられたダイアフラムと、前記ケー
ス内の台座に設けられ圧力を検知する圧力検知部
と、この圧力検知部と前記ダイアフラムとの間に
封入された圧力伝達液とを備え、前記圧力検知部
が前記圧力伝達液に浸漬された圧力センサにおい
て、前記ケースに設けられるとともに前記台座を
取り付けたステムを貫通した出力線の端子が前記
圧力検知部にワイヤを介して接続されたことを特
徴とする圧力センサ。
