Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a reduction in efficiency and enable an appropriate operation control to be carried out by a method wherein an overflow of refrigerant is detected, an alarm is outputted and a load limitation is performed with a sensor. CONSTITUTION:Solution in a regenerator 1 is heated and condensed with vapor acting as a heat source, refrigerant vapor is guided to a condenser 2, cooled and condensed with cooling water, guided to an evaporator 3, heated by the cooling water at the evaporator 3, evaporates there and finally the solution is fed to an absorption device 4. In turn, the solution heated by the regenerator 1 is sent to the absorption device 4 through a heat exchanger 5, absorbs the refrigerant vapor, and finally diluted. The solution is sent again to the regenerator 1 with a pump 6. In this way, a freezing cycle is constituted. A lifting up of refrigerant liquid surface generated under an abnormal condensation is detected by a refrigerant liquid surface sensor 9 disposed in the evaporator 3, thereby a vapor control valve 8 is cooperatively operated, a flow rate of vapor is adjusted, an over-concentration is restricted and an alarm device 10 is operated to enable an abnormal state to be informed.

The above object is achieved by detecting refrigerant overflow, issuing an alarm, and performing load limiting by means of a detector.

〔作用〕[Effect]

過濃縮時には、蒸発器の冷媒液面は上昇する。 During overconcentration, the refrigerant level in the evaporator rises.

Therefore, by detecting the rise in the liquid level and reducing the heating source,
By preventing further overconcentration, it is possible to prevent a decrease in efficiency (capacity) caused by refrigerant overflow.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below using a first WU. In the regenerator 1, the solution is heated and concentrated by the steam that is the heat source, and the refrigerant vapor is led to the condenser 2, cooled and condensed by cooling water, and led to the evaporator 3. In the evaporator 3, it is heated by the cold water and evaporated. It is guided to the absorber 4. On the other hand, the solution heated in the regenerator 1 is sent to the absorber 4 via the heat exchanger 5, where it absorbs refrigerant vapor and is diluted. This solution is sent to the regenerator 1 again by the pump 6. In this way, the refrigeration cycle is configured. In the absorption refrigerating machine configured in this manner, the refrigerant liquid level detector 9 provided in the evaporator 3 detects a rise in the refrigerant liquid level that occurs during abnormal concentration, and thereby the vapor control valve 8 is interlocked. By controlling the steam flow rate and reducing the steam flow rate, overconcentration can be suppressed, and by operating the alarm 10, it is possible to notify of an abnormality.

According to the present invention, a rise in the refrigerant liquid level caused by contamination of the cooling water heat transfer tube or leakage of non-condensable gas into the machine is detected,
By throttling the steam that is the heating source, over-concentration can be suppressed, so the refrigerant liquid in the evaporator 3 does not evaporate and the absorber 4
It is possible to prevent the capacity from decreasing in the event of an overflow of the refrigerant returned to the refrigerant, and furthermore, by issuing an alarm, it is possible to notify the driver of an abnormality, making it possible to provide appropriate operational management.
