Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce absorption liquid concentration when the concentration of the absorption liquid become high normally while controlling an absorption refrigerator on the basis of cooling water outlet temperature and to prevent the liquid from crystallizing by reducing the quantity of heat of a high temperature regenerator irrespective of the cooling water outlet temperature when the regenerating temperature of a low temperature regenerator becomes a set value or higher.

CONSTITUTION: When a controller 30 is operated on the basis of a signal from a cooling water outlet temperature detector 24 to control the quantity of heat, cooling water inlet temperature and the regenerating temperature of a low temperature regenerator are respectively detected by a cooling water inlet temperature detector 25 and a regenerating temperature detector 26. If the low temperature regenerator regenerating temperature of absorption liquid to the cooling water inlet temperature arrives at a set value, the controller 30 is operated on the basis of the signals from the detectors 25, 26 to switch the control of the quantity of heat based on the cooling water outlet temperature to a crystallization preventing control, and the opening of a heating quantity control valve 27 is reduced on the basis of the signal from the controller 30. Thus, the quantity of heat of the regenerator 1 is reduced, the concentration of the liquid is thinned, the concentration of the liquid in the outlet of a low temperature heat exchanger 6 can be reduced to prevent the liquid from crystallizing.
