する表示部とを備えたハイブリツドＩＣ抵抗トリ
ミング試験装置において、連続で投下していたレ
ーザー光を段階的に投下した際、個々のレーザー
光出力間に於ける時間を測定し、その時間が所定
の規定値を超えた場合、レーザートリミング装置
部のレーザー光を自動的に止める手段を設けたこ
