Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent deformation arising from shrinkage on formation by a method wherein a hollow column is formed by using a form to which a plurality of plates for joining are buried beforehand at appropriate intervals on a part to be severed and grooves for exposing said plates are provided, and after removal of the form, the column material is severed into two or more parts with cutting applied on the middle part of the plates for joining. CONSTITUTION:Formation member 3a for exposing grooves 3 are arranged at appropriate intervals in the middle of the inside of a cylindrical form 1 on straight lines in the longitudinal direction on the opposite two points on the inside of the form, and a hollow cylindrical column body 5 is formed. After hardening of concrete and removal of the form, the column body 5 is severed in the longitudinal direction at the center of plates 2, and thereby two column members 5a and 5b are formed. 合わせせ形成するようにしている。

続用プレート間の溶接にて円形または角形の柱を構成す
るようにして、かかる課題を解決しようとするものであ
る。

ー、高圧水などが用いられる。かくて2乃至複数個に切
断した柱部材を現場に運び、鉄骨柱やリフォームすべき
柱の外側に突合わせ囲みして、接続用プレートの表出し
た中間切断部外側間を溶接して接合し、該部分を柱と同
資材又は目地材にて埋めて柱を構成するのである。

揃ってズレが全く生じないという効果を生ずる。また柱
部材は中間切断部の外側を表出して接続用プレートが埋
込まれているため、該プレート間を溶接することにより
、きわめて容易に接合組立てすることができるという効
果を生ずる。

るプレキャスト建築柱の形成方法。
