- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円筒状部材の中心軸上に固定され両端が光
学研磨された光フアイバと、光半導体素子と、前
記光フアイバと前記光半導体素子を光学的に結合
させる手段と、前記円筒状部材の外周に嵌合する
整列スリーブとを備えることを特徴とする表面実
装型光モジユール。 (2) 円筒状部材内の光フアイバの光半導体側は
斜め研磨、他端は凸球面研磨されていることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求第(1)項記載の表面実
