Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光半導体素子と光フアイバとをレンズを介
して光結合する光半導体結合部において、 同一外径のレンズと光フアイバを固定したフエ
ルールとを一定内径の穴の所定位置に圧入固定し
た円筒状のホルダと、 光半導体素子を搭載したパツケージを固定した
円筒状の素子ホルダと をスリーブを介して保持し、３軸方向の光軸調整
後に固定したことを特徴とする光半導体結合器。 (2) 光半導体素子と光フアイバとをレンズを介
して光結合する光半導体結合器において、 同一外径のレンズと光フアイバを固定したフエ
ルールとを一定内径の穴の所定位置に圧入固定し
た円筒状のホルダと、 光半導体素子を搭載したパツケージを固定した
円筒状の素子ホルダと を光軸が一致するように固定して前記フエルール
を光軸方向に微調整してなることを特徴とする光
半導体結合器。
