Claims (1)
- 光−電気変換素子と、この光−電気変換素子と
所定距離離間して配置された光フアイバと、この
光フアイバと前記光−電気変換素子とを光学的に
結合させるレンズとからなる光モジユールにおい
て、前記光フアイバの先端が球面に研摩されてい
ると共に、前記レンズの光−電気変換素子側の面
が球面にかつ光フアイバ側の面が平坦に研摩され
ており、かつ前記光フアイバの先端と前記レンズ
の平坦面とが接触した状態で保持されていること
を特徴とする光モジユール。
