- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の半導体ウエーハを所定間隔で整列保持す
るボートと、前記ボートを炉芯管内に搬入、搬出
させるフオークとを具備した熱処理装置において
、 上記フオークの先端部下面に吸引口を開口し、
フオークの内部に前記吸引口と連通する排気通路
を形成したとを特徴とする熱処理装置。
