(Prior art) As is well known, conventional metal snow chains are quite heavy and are not only difficult and time-consuming to install, but also cause large shocks and noise while driving after being installed, and are extremely uncomfortable to ride. Due to these problems, in recent years synthetic rubber or soft synthetic resin materials have been used to
Alternatively, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 14247/1983 discloses a configuration in which the mesh is formed into a ladder shape and spikes are protruded from the intersections of the mesh to further improve the anti-slip effect.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in conventional synthetic rubber or synthetic resin materials formed into a net or ladder shape with spikes protruding from the intersections of the mesh, the spikes do not For example, since the spikes are made of a hard alloy material such as chromium molybdenum steel, they have the disadvantage of rapidly wearing out when driving on dry roads without snow. However, using these strong wear-resistant materials is inevitably expensive and severely limits the amount of material that can be used. This inevitably requires a large amount of material, and reducing the amount of material and making the product smaller not only reduces the anti-slip effect, but also causes the spike to tilt from the base. These problems led to the abandonment of commercialization. This was a major factor that forced me to do so. The present invention solves these problems, and despite the structure using a small amount of expensive strong wear-resistant materials such as ceramics or cemented carbide, there are problems such as slip resistance and tipping from the base of the spike. It was devised for the purpose of providing an anti-slip device for tires, which can be expected to have excellent effects in terms of both net and ladder types.

(Means for Solving the Problems) As a result of research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been developed by embedding ring-shaped legs in the outer periphery of a circular bowl-shaped synthetic resin material. This problem is solved by forming substantially fan-shaped anti-slip surfaces at regular intervals on the circumference of the ring-shaped leg, and by making the upper surface of the anti-slip surface protrude beyond the circular outer periphery. be.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on drawings showing embodiments of the present invention. 1 is formed of a hard synthetic resin material or steel material into a substantially bowl shape, and a hole 4 for inserting a rivet 3 is formed at the center of the bottom surface of a recessed inner surface 2. This is a spike-planted substrate with perforated holes. Reference numeral 5 designates a ring-shaped spike leg made of a strong wear-resistant material and embedded in the circular edge 6 of the spike-embedded substrate 1. 7, 7... are spike anti-slip surfaces integrally formed in a substantially rectangular shape at regular intervals on the circumference of the buried ring-shaped spike leg 5, the upper half of which is the contact surface 8 of the circular edge 6. Make it stand out more.
3 is a steel rivet whose head is inserted into the inner surface 2, and whose shaft is inserted into the insertion hole 4, and which is formed into a net or ladder shape using synthetic rubber or synthetic resin material. Insert it into the anti-slip band A of the tire and secure it with screws or caulking as appropriate.

(Function) When the present invention is implemented, the spike anti-slip surface 7 that intermittently protrudes from the ground contact surface 8 digs into the ice and snow on the road surface, allowing the vehicle to run safely. Coupled with the anti-slip effect of the anti-slip band itself, the anti-slip effect becomes safer and more reliable, and the ring-shaped spike leg 5 integrally connects the spike anti-slip surfaces 7, 7... Since the spikes are firmly buried in the ground, damage such as tilting or pulling out from the base due to the ground resistance of the anti-slip surface 7 of the spikes is reliably prevented.

(Example) The spike-embedded substrate 1 is preferably molded from hard synthetic resin or steel. Further, the spike anti-slip surface 7 and the ring-shaped spike leg 5 are made of ceramic material,
Alternatively, good results can be obtained by integrally molding it with a cemented carbide material. In addition, since the spike anti-slip surface 7 is provided along the arc of the ring-shaped spike leg 5, it is desirable that the rectangular parallelepiped be shaped into a small fan shape. It may be formed into other rectangular shapes such as a rectangular parallelepiped.

(Effect of the invention) When the invention is implemented, the ring-shaped spike leg 5 connecting the spike anti-slip surface 7 has a structure in which it is buried in a circular shape within the circular edge 6, so that the twisting moment due to ground resistance when it is embedded in ice or snow etc. Therefore, even if designed to have a smaller diameter than the spike anti-slip surface 7, there is no problem in terms of strength, and expensive ceramic materials or cemented carbide materials can be used with confidence. Can be used with ring-shaped spike legs 5
Since the anti-slip surfaces 7 of the spikes are integrally connected, there is no need to worry about the spike base tipping, breaking, or coming out, which conventionally always occurred due to ground resistance, and it is also made of strong wear-resistant material. Together with this invention, it is possible to provide a sturdy tire slip prevention device at a low cost that is durable and has little wear.
