[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a non-slip member with spikes for vehicles, which is made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin and has a required width that can fit the outer peripheral surface and both side surfaces of a tire. This prevents the core members from shifting against each other, stabilizes the strength of the anti-slip member, strengthens the engagement between the core member and the spikes, allows the wheel to easily escape from icy ruts, and improves the stability of the icy surface. The purpose is to ensure reliable running and to withstand long-term use.

Conventionally, as a non-slip member with spikes for vehicles, spikes 1 are formed into a bowl shape as shown in Fig. 1a and b.
is fitted into a recess 3 formed on the bottom surface of a non-slip member 2 of a required width made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin, and the flat head 5 is fitted into a recess 4 on the top surface. A spike 1' which is caulked with a fixed rivet stud 6, or a spike 1' shaped like a letter as shown in the second figure, is placed in advance in an anti-slip member 2' made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin and having the required width. There are some that engage across core members 3', 3' such as wires arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, and are molded together with the elastic body such as rubber or synthetic resin, but the former In the case of , since the anti-slip member 2 is an elastic body, the crimping force is poor, and there is a risk that the installation of the spikes 1 may become uncertain, and as the number of spikes 1 decreases, the rivet studs 5 may not be crimped. The spikes 1 are worn out when the portion 6 hits the road surface.
It is unfortunate that the spikes can easily come off from the anti-slip member 2, and if this happens while driving, the spikes 1 may fly backwards and hit the following vehicle, causing an unexpected accident, which is extremely dangerous. Not only that, but after the spikes 1 were removed, holes for attaching the spikes remained in the anti-slip member 2, and the anti-slip member 2 was easily cut from this part, making it unusable. In the latter case, the wire core member 3' engaged with the spike 1,
The outward expansion of the core member 3' is suppressed by the shaped bent portion of the spike 1', but the inward shift is only caused by the integrally molded elastic body, which is insufficient to prevent the core member 3' from expanding outward. There is a drawback that the strength of the anti-slip member 2 is unstable due to changes in the arrangement interval of the core members 3', 3', and the engagement between the core members 3', 3' and the spikes 1' is uncertain. Both ends of the contact surface of both anti-slip members are bent at approximately right angles, so if the wheel falls into an icy rut, the anti-slip members will bend at right angles. The disadvantage was that the bends were in the way and the wheels could not easily escape from the ruts.

The present invention aims to stabilize the strength by engaging spikes with the core members and molding them together with an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin so that the arrangement interval of the core members does not change both inside and outside. At the same time, it makes running on icy surfaces more reliable, and also makes it easier for wheels to escape from icy ruts, thereby eliminating the drawbacks of the prior art.

According to the present invention, a plurality of core members 11, 11 are arranged in parallel at a required interval in the anti-slip member 10 , and each of the core members 11, 11 is provided with a vertical groove formed on the side surface of the bowl-shaped spike 12. Split groove part 13,
Since these are integrally molded with the core members 11 and 13 engaged, even if the anti-slip member 10 wears down, the bowl-shaped spike 12 will not come off the anti-slip member 10 unless the core members 11, 11 are cut. There is no danger of the bowl-shaped spikes 12 flying off while driving, and the core member 1
Since a part of the side surface of the bowl-shaped spike 12 is interposed between the core members 11 and 11, the core members 11 and 11 can expand outward or move inward, changing the arrangement interval. The strength of the anti-slip member 10 can be stably maintained without causing any damage, and it is possible to travel reliably on icy surfaces. obliquely cut rut escape edges 16, 16, and inwardly inclined surfaces 18 having a predetermined angle formed on both outer surfaces of the anti-slip member 10 continuously from the upper edges of the rut escape edges 16, 16; 18, the resistance when escaping from a rut can be minimized and reduced, making it possible to easily escape from the rut, and the engagement between the core members 11, 11 and the bowl-shaped spike 12 is extremely strong and can last for a long time. In addition to being able to be used over a long period of time, the core members 11, 11 and the bowl-shaped spike 12
When engaged, the core members 11, 11 are fitted into the vertically divided grooves 13, 13 of the bowl-shaped spike 12, thereby providing various effects such as being able to easily engage the two.

Note that the bowl-shaped spike 12 in the present invention is made by forming a metal plate into a bowl shape in advance and providing vertical grooves therein, or by forming a notch that will become a vertical groove in a flat metal plate in advance and then forming the metal plate into a bowl shape. Any type of spike 12 may be used, such as a bowl-shaped spike 12 having a vertically divided groove by folding each outer edge, and the form of engagement with the core member 11 may be a horizontally divided groove 13 as shown in FIG. Various configurations may be used, such as those with through holes 13'' and 13'' as shown in FIG. 9. Furthermore, the anti-slip member 10 may also be formed in advance into a shape that can fit onto the outer surface of the tire, or may be flat when attached.
Further, when the core members 11, 11 are made into a chain, it can also be used as shown in Fig. 10.
