Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling of a wall by projectingly providing tenons on one horizontal face and one vertical face of a block formed into a rectangle, providing grooves to fit to the tenons on the other faces, and piling the blocks and fixing with bolts. CONSTITUTION:Between a front plate 8 and a rear plate 9 which are formed into a same rectangle by laminating a plurality woody plate members, a, core member 10 formed into the same rectangle by fitting two plates is pinched. The core member 10 is projected from the upper horizontal face and the right side vertical face of the front plate 8 and the rear plate 9 respectively by about 10mm to form a horizontal tenon 5a and a vertical tenon 5b. Further, on the lower horizontal face and the left side vertical face of the front plate 8 and the rear plate 9, a horizontal groove 6a and a vertical groove 6b are formed. The tenons 5a, 5b can be respectively fitted to grooves 6a, 6b. Bolts are inserted through in the bolt holes 7 of the core member 10 and respective blocks A are combined together. Hereby, self-supportable wall can be formed.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, for walls of buildings, shaft members were first arranged at regular intervals, and then a facing material such as plywood or gypsum board was pasted over the shaft members. In addition, as a panel assembly method, there was one in which large panels were manufactured in a factory and then transported to a construction site and assembled as a wall.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in this conventional wall forming method in which panel members are pasted together, the panel members cannot stand on their own, so the shaft members must be arranged at regular intervals, which requires time on site work. It is inefficient and also.

The finished walls also had problems, such as making slight noises and denting when pushed a little too hard, and lacking a sense of mass. Furthermore, the panel assembly method has drawbacks such as the heavy weight of the panels, making them difficult to transport and assemble, and lack of versatility.

(Means for Solving the Problem) As a means for solving the above object, the wooden block for wall formation of the present invention is made of a plurality of wooden boards assembled into a rectangular shape, and those of the same shape are stacked one above the other. and blocks that can be stacked left and right to form a self-supporting wall, with one horizontal surface that meets the upper and lower blocks, and one vertical surface that meets the left and right blocks. In addition to providing tenons projecting at right angles to each other, grooves are provided in the other horizontal and vertical surfaces into which the tenons projecting at the positions mentioned above are fitted, and the upper and lower surfaces of the blocks are connected to each other. It has a structure with a bolt hole that goes through it.

(Function) In the wooden block for wall formation of the present invention, a tenon that is orthogonal to each other is provided on one horizontal surface and a vertical surface of the block formed in a rectangular shape, and a tenon that is perpendicular to each other is provided on the other horizontal surface and a vertical surface.
Blocks of the same shape are faced together, and grooves are provided where the tenons of adjacent blocks come into contact, so that the tenons fit into the grooves.
When wooden blocks of the same shape are stacked vertically and horizontally, the tenons protruding from the other blocks fit into the grooves as they stack up. Therefore, even if an unskilled worker works on the erected wall, no steps or the like will appear on the surface, and the joints can be formed straight. Furthermore, by inserting bolts into the bolt holes and tightening them, a large number of blocks can be integrally fixed and a self-supporting wall can be formed.

In addition, since it is sufficient to prepare a large number of small-sized blocks standardized to the same shape, it is possible to form the blocks by taking bent wood, young and thin wood, etc. as a board material and assembling a plurality of them. I can do it. Additionally, partially defective products and thinned wood can be used. In addition, the board material can be dried in a short period of time to temper moisture, etc., so the block does not become distorted.Furthermore, the block can be divided into small pieces and transported, making it convenient for work and storage.

First, it is made of wood with a length of about 10 mm, a protrusion of 100 mm, and a thickness of about 20 mm.
Between the front plate 8 and the back plate 9 formed into a rectangular shape of mm, there is a wooden plate 2 having a length of approximately 10 mm, a protrusion of 100 mm, and a thickness of approximately 25 mm.
The core root lO formed into a rectangular shape by combining the sheets is applied with adhesive and sandwiched, and the upper surface of the core root 10 is made to protrude approximately 10 mm from the upper horizontal surface l of the front plate 8 and the back plate 9 using a jig. The right side surface of the top plate 8 and the back plate 9 are pressed so as to protrude from the right side vertical surface 3 of the top plate 8 by about 10 mm, so that they are firmly integrated. At this time, along with the formation of block A, the upper horizontal surface 1

After this, in order to achieve dimensional accuracy on each side, use a cutter to make the tenon height 10 mm and width 50 mm, and the groove depth 10 mm and width 50 mm.
Next, open four bolt holes 7 that pass through the top and bottom at 1/6th of the total length from both ends of the top plate on the center line of the core root 10. Next, preservative the back plate 9. At the same time as processing, the top plate 8 is given a decorative finish with urethane coating.

As explained above, in the wooden blocks for wall formation of this embodiment, the blocks are stacked on the floor frame 13 and the vertical grooves 5b of the blocks are fitted into the vertical grooves 6b of the adjacent blocks. By extending the wall W in the horizontal direction and fitting the horizontal groove 5a of the block into the horizontal groove 6a of the adjacent block, the wall W can be extended upward. At this time, each block is positioned with grooves and tenons, so even if the worker is not skilled, it can be easily assembled without creating any steps on the wall. Since the blocks are fastened together, they can stand on their own without the need for a frame. In addition, the front and back sides of the blocks are surface-treated, so you can simply assemble them and finish the walls at the same time.
Since the block is formed by assembling plate materials, it does not suffer from distortion due to aging, and it is very economical because it can use thinned wood or leftover material after dimensioning. Furthermore, since the slots and grooves are formed by shifting the plate materials, the material yield is good and economical.

In addition, the block is assumed to be formed by assembling wooden boards, but it is possible to integrate them by sandwiching insulation or sound-absorbing materials between the boards, or to create a space inside the block to reduce weight. Also, particle board, fiberboard, etc. can be used as the plate material.
