In this embodiment, the wall panel P is an upper frame material made of an essential material.
21, the lower frame member 22, the side frame members 23, 24 to the outer frame joined in a rectangle,
An inner plate 29 and an outer plate 30 are attached to the front and back of a frame 27 formed by bridging the middle frame members 25 and 26 for forming the opening 2 between the side frame members 23 and 24 above and below. In the example, the wall panel P is, for example, an outer wall panel that partitions the inside and the outside of a house, and the opening 2 is formed by a rectangular space surrounded by the side frame members 23 and 24 and the middle frame members 25 and 26. It is formed.

In the present embodiment, the side frame members 23 and 24 are provided with notches 31 and 32 of the same depth on each outward surface and diagonally, and
1 and 32 are connected vertically. The notches 31 and 32 have their rising surfaces 31A and 32A positioned on a straight line in the width direction of the wall panel P, so that the opposing protrusions of the other wall panel P are fitted into the respective notches 31 and 32. In this way, the notches 31 and 32 form the phase fitting portions 3 and 4 that fit each other on both side surfaces of the wall panel P.

Thereafter, the side frame members 23 and 24 facing the side surface of the opening 2 are cut off. Further, the exterior plate 30 is similarly removed at the lower edges of the overhang portions 36 and 37, and the side surface of the opening 2 of the interior plate 29 is cut off. By removing the side frames 7, 9 of the wall panels P, P, the two openings 2, 2 communicate with each other. Further, on the lower surface of the upper middle frame member 25 and the upper surface of the lower middle frame member 26 forming the horizontal surface of the communicating openings 2, 2, the opening 2 of one of the communicating openings 2, 2 is formed. Inset corner (left end of the opening of the left wall panel P in FIG. 3)
The wall panels P, P juxtaposed to each other are connected and reinforced by being connected from one end formed by the other end to the other end formed by the inside corner of the other opening 2 (the right end of the opening of the right wall panel P in FIG. 3). Connecting members 11 and 12 are fixed. Splicing materials 11 and 12
A frame material having the same thickness as the height H of the overhang portions 36 and 37,
By having a length between the inner surfaces of the side frame members 23, 24 on the opposite sides of the adjacent wall panels P, P, the entry corner of one of the openings 2, 2 communicated as described above is formed. It is continuous from one end to the other end formed by the corner of the other opening 2 and is fixed using nails, screws, bolts, nuts, adhesives, or the like. When using bolts and nuts,

Thereafter, the interior board 29 is permanently attached using nails, screws, adhesives, or the like. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, a large wall panel PA is formed in which the wall panels P, P are connected and have a communication opening 2A connecting the openings 2, 2. On the horizontal surface of the communication opening 2A, that is, on the upper surface and the lower surface, one end of the communication opening 2A (the left end of the communication opening 2A in FIG. 4) is formed from one end to the other. The interior board 29 and the exterior board 30 can be appropriately decorated to form a wall of a house. In addition, the communication opening 2A can form not only a window of a wall but also an opening for an entrance where a glass door facing a veranda, a terrace, or the like is provided. Further, it can be used for forming an opening of a partition wall in addition to the outer wall.

Further, in addition to the wooden frame material, a steel frame can be used as each of the frame materials 21 to 26. At this time, the cutting of the side frame portions 7 and 9 is performed by fusing or the like, and the adjacent side frames are also cut. Lumber 2
3 and 24 are connected by welding or the like in addition to bolting.
Furthermore, not only two but also three or more wall panels P are arranged side by side, and the side frames 7, 9 between the adjacent wall panels P are connected to each other, so that the communication of about three times the width of the wall panels P is achieved. Opening 2A
It is also possible to form communication openings 2A of various shapes by changing the positions of the openings 2 provided in each wall panel P.

As described above, the method for forming the opening of the wall panel according to the present invention includes:
By arranging wall panels of a fixed width side by side and making their openings continuous, it is possible to form a communication opening having a width exceeding the wall panel. In addition, since such openings are to be continued at the construction site, standard wall panels can be used until they are built, which increases the time and effort required for manufacturing and transporting the wall panels. In addition, a wall having a large opening can be easily and efficiently formed. Further, a seam for connecting and reinforcing wall panels juxtaposed by being connected from one end formed by one corner of the communication opening to the other end formed by the other corner of the opening on the horizontal surface of the communication opening. Since the material is fixed, the wide communication opening can be effectively reinforced, and the strength of the frame body at the opening of each wall panel can be increased.
