Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a novel wooden wall structure material of a building and a method of building a wall using the wall structure material.
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an example of a method for constructing a building such as a house, a 2 × 4 (two-by) method as shown in FIG. 11 is known.
In this 2 × 4 method, a base 51 is fixed on a concrete foundation 50, a wall frame is assembled on the base 51 using a 2 × 4 material 52, and a plywood 53 is stretched on both sides of the frame. The interior is filled with a heat insulating material 54 made of synthetic resin, and the surface of the plywood 53 is finished to construct a wall.
The same applies to the ceiling and roof of the building.
Conventionally, in addition to the 2 × 4 method described above, the traditional so-called platform method (the first floor, wall, second floor, wall, ceiling, roof) is the so-called balloon method (first floor, whole wall, The second floor, the ceiling, and the roof are assembled in this order).
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, for example, in the case of the conventional 2 × 4 method described above, a large number of 2 × 4 materials 52, plywood 53 and heat insulating material 54 are used, and a large number of 2 × 4 materials 52 and plywood 53 are mainly used for nails or the like. Since the construction of the walls and the like is performed by connecting with the connecting tool, there is a problem that the construction cost cannot be reduced because there are many constituent materials, the construction period is long, the labor cost is increased.
In addition, the finish of the joined portions of a large number of 2 × 4 members 52 and the like varies depending on the skill level of the operator, and there is a problem that it is difficult to provide a homogeneous building.
Furthermore, since the heat insulating material 54 made of synthetic resin is used, although it has excellent heat insulating properties, there is a problem in terms of hygroscopicity with respect to air, and it cannot be said that the overall comfort is necessarily good.
Therefore, the present invention uses a novel wooden wall structure material of a building that can improve the habitability and the wall structure material, and has less constituent material, making the outer wall and inner wall of the building effective. To provide a wall construction method for a building that can be constructed by anyone regardless of the skill level of the worker, can shorten the construction period and reduce labor costs, and can achieve a uniform and low construction cost. It is intended.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The wall structure material of a building according to claim 1 is constructed by integrally joining a plurality of wooden plate members into a panel shape, and exhibiting the wood-specific effects of heat insulation, sound insulation and moisture absorption. It is a wall structure material of a building that has the effect of simultaneous use of an outer wall and an inner wall of the object, and the wall structure material is an opposing surface of each of these two plate materials using two wooden plates of the same shape The wall structure base material formed by joining each other with an adhesive to form a double wall structure, and by using a plurality of the wall structure base materials, the end surfaces to which the respective left and right end surfaces of each wall structure base material are joined to each other Are joined together by a connecting tool and connected to form a panel, or a plurality of thin wooden plates of the same shape are used to join the opposing surfaces of each of these many sheets with an adhesive. It is formed into a plywood shape as a multilayer and made into a panel shape It is those for which you want to.
According to the wall structure material of a building according to claim 1 , the outer wall and the inner wall of the building are made effective by the specific effects of heat insulation, sound insulation and moisture absorption of wood, and only this wall structure material is used. When a wall is constructed, the comfort can be further improved.
The wall construction method using the wall structure material of the building according to claim 2 is formed by joining together a plurality of wooden plate materials into a panel shape, and has a wood-specific effect of heat insulation, sound insulation and moisture absorption. Is a wall construction method that uses a building wall structure material that allows simultaneous use of the inner wall and the outer wall of the building while demonstrating, and each panel-like wall on the foundation part of the building A structure in which the structural material is erected and fixed by a connecting tool, and the right and left end surfaces of the respective wall structural materials that are erected on the foundation portion of the building are connected to each other by the connecting tool. Forming each wall surface part over the entire object, and each of the wall structural members is formed by integrally joining a plurality of wooden plates to form a panel, and the foundation of the building each corner of each adjacent junction of the wall structure members erected on the upper portion is communicated It is characterized in that each wall structural material together using L-shaped bracket is obtained by so connecting a tool.
According to the wall construction method according to claim 2, the above-described wall structure material capable of improving the habitability is used, and there are few constituent materials as a whole, the utility of the outer and inner walls of the building is achieved, and the construction period is shortened. In addition, it is possible to provide a wall construction method using the wall structure material that can reduce the labor cost and can realize a uniform and low construction cost.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
1 to 4 show a wall construction method for a building using the novel wall structure material of the present invention, which will be described later, according to the present embodiment in the order of steps.
The wall construction method of the building 10 of this Embodiment is demonstrated in order.
First, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 10, each long L-shaped steel material 60 is connected to a top surface of a concrete building foundation 1 formed in advance in a predetermined shape by connecting means (not shown) such as bolts and nuts. The panel-like wall structure material 2A of each of the new wooden pieces of the present invention, which will be described later, along the corners of the L-shaped steel member 60, for example, using a crane or the like. Set up.
In the wall structure material 2A, each wall structure material 2A shown in the figure has a single panel shape.
The L-shaped steel material 60 and the wall structure material 2A are fixed at the lower end portion of the wall structure material 2A by a coupling tool such as a lag screw bolt 61 or an anchor bolt.
Reference numeral 62 in FIG. 10 indicates a floor portion on the first floor of the building 10.
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, each of the new wooden panel-like wall structure materials 2B and 2C according to the present invention, which will be described later, along both side portions of the building foundation 1 are used, for example, using a crane or the like. And standing up as described above.
Each of the wall structural members 2B and 2C shown in the figure has a single panel shape.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, each panel-like wall structure material 2 </ b> D is placed along the front portion of the building foundation 1 and joined to each front end surface of the wall structure materials 2 </ b> B and 2 </ b> C. E.g., using a crane or the like.
Each of the wall structural members 2D shown in the figure has a single panel shape.
The left and right end surfaces of each of the single-piece wall structural members 2A, 2B, 2C, and 2D are not shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4 below, but for example, FIG. 7. As shown in FIG. 8, flat metal fittings 63 are provided at two locations, for example, an upper part and a lower part of the left and right inner side surfaces (inner side of the building) of each wall structure material 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D. The lug screw bolts 64 and the like are fastened to the two holes of the metal fittings 63 to connect the right and left end surfaces of the wall structural members that are in close contact with each other.
As means for connecting the left and right end surfaces of each wall structural material, as shown in FIG. 9, the wall structural materials 2A, 2B, 2C and For example, each horizontal hole 66 in which a steel pipe 65 can be mounted is provided in each of two places on the left and right end surfaces of 2D, such as an upper portion and a lower portion, respectively, After mounting the steel pipe 65, a steel wedge 69 is struck from the upper surface side of the wall structure material into each small hole 68 provided in the steel pipe 65 to connect the left and right end surfaces of each wall structure material in close contact with each other. You may do it.
In addition, in order to connect the left and right end surfaces of the wall structural members 2A to 2D, it is needless to say that various existing connectors and connecting means can be used as appropriate in addition to FIGS.
Further, the corners of the wall structural members 2A and 2B, 2A and 2C, 2B and 2D, 2C and 2D are formed as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. An appropriate number of the shape fittings 23 are arranged and connected to each wall structure material at each corner of the wall structure materials 2A and 2B, 2A and 2C, 2B and 2D, and 2C and 2D.
FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of, for example, the L-shaped bracket 23 for connecting the corner portions of the wall structural members 2A and 2B, 2A and 2C, 2B and 2D, and 2C and 2D, as described above. It is.
In addition, it is needless to say that various existing connecting tools and connecting means can be appropriately used for connecting the corner portions of the wall structural members 2A and 2B, 2A and 2C, 2B and 2D, and 2C and 2D.
And as shown in FIG. 4, the roof part 3 is constructed | assembled on the upper part of each wall structure material 2A thru | or 2D mutually fixed on the building foundation 1, and it is set as the building 10. is there.
In each of the wall structural members 2A, 2B, 2C, for example, openings 4a, 4b, 4c for attaching sash windows are processed in advance in a factory or the like.
In addition, for example, an opening 5 for attaching a front door is processed in advance in a factory or the like in the wall structure material 2D.
Each of the new wooden wall structure materials 2A to 2D of the present invention described above is composed of two pieces of the same wooden plate material 11 as shown in FIG. And using the plurality of (for example, five) wall structure base materials 30 as the double wall structure base material 30 formed by joining the opposing surfaces of the two plate members 11 together with an adhesive. For example, a small piece of connecting material 12 made of wooden pieces is provided along the vertically long groove portions 70 provided on the left and right end surfaces of the wall structure base materials 30 on the left and right end surfaces of the wall structure base materials 30. The five wall structure base materials 30 are integrated while being mounted and joined to form a single panel as a whole.
In this case, the number of the wall structure base materials 30 used for forming one panel-like wall structure material can be set variously according to the design content of the building 10 in addition to the illustrated example.
Each of the plate members 11 is not necessarily required to have the same shape of two pieces of wood, and those having different shapes may be used.
The code | symbol 19 in FIG. 6 shows an adhesive agent junction part.
In addition, as for the dimension of each wall structure material 2A thru | or 2D formed as said one panel shape, the width | variety, height, and thickness can be freely set according to the design content of the building 10. FIG.
The single panel-like wall structural members 2A to 2D can be formed as shown in the example shown in FIG. 6 or, as shown in FIG. 7 or FIG. 8, a plurality of thin wooden plate members 11 ′ having the same shape. , And the opposing surfaces of the multiple plate members 11 ′ may be bonded to each other with an adhesive to form a multi-layered plywood to form a single panel-like wall structure material.
The plate members 11 'do not necessarily have the same shape of a large number of wooden pieces, and may have different thicknesses and shapes.
In this case, the width, height, and thickness of the wall structural members 2A to 2D formed as a single panel can be freely set according to the design content of the building 10.
According to each of the above-described novel wooden wall structural materials of the present invention, it is possible to utilize the unique effects of heat insulation, sound insulation and moisture absorption of wood, and the outer wall of the building with this wall structural material itself, When the inner wall is used simultaneously and the wall is constructed using only the wall structure material, the user's comfort can be improved.
According to the above-described wall construction method, the wall structure materials 2A to 2D capable of improving the comfortability described above are used, and the outer wall and the inner wall of the building are used simultaneously, and the entire construction material is small. Therefore, it is possible to provide a building 10 that does not require a great degree of skill, can shorten the construction period and can reduce labor costs, and can realize a uniform and low construction cost.
In addition, the outer and inner walls of the building 10 are not made of synthetic resin or the like by using the wall structure materials 2A to 2D, and an internal frame structure is constructed using columns, beams, etc. as in conventional construction. Therefore, it is possible to construct the building 10 which is friendly to the environment in combination with the characteristics of heat insulation, sound insulation and moisture absorption of the wood.
In the above-described example, the case where the house-like building 10 is constructed has been described. However, the present invention can be applied to various wooden buildings such as a school building, a lecture hall, a gymnasium, and a public hall.
【The invention's effect】
