Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the air of a ridge section to be always ventilated by permitting the air of the ridge section to flow to the outside of the dry type ridge out of the gap of the lower section of a head roof tile, after the air of the ridge passes the lower sections of the hindrance plate section and the cover bearing section of a narrow passage and is permitted to flow out into the head roof tile. CONSTITUTION:Air on the lower side of a ridge section M is infiltrated into a ridge base 1 through a gap G between a batten N and a screw rod 56. After that, the air passes the interior of the main body 10 of a first ridge core member 9 and is infiltrated into the interior sections of the main body section 21 of a second ridge core member 20 and the main body section 31 of a third ridge core member 30, in order. After that, the air is infiltrated into a space E surrounded with the oblique plate 43 of a cover bearing member 40 and the covering section 51 of a cover member 50. Then, the air passes a gap between the hindrance plate 43a of the oblique plate 43 and the covering section 51, and via the air hole 48 of the branch plate 44 of the bearing member 40 and a gap between a bearing section 45 and a ridge tile K, the air is infiltrated into a space to be formed with a head roof tile C and the cover member 50. Besides, the air flows out to the atmosphere side, through a gap 61 formed with a spacer 54.

Conventionally, when attaching Noshi tiles to the ridge part, as a dry ridge that does not use clay etc., the method shown in Fig. 22, 59-29
There is one such as that shown in Publication No. 050. In the drawings of this publication, mulch C is piled up on the top of the roof planks, and a hanging leg part f protruding downward from the lower surface of the approximately central part of the receiving part d is inserted into the mulch C, so that the ridge part a The support material d on which the roof tile n will be attached is fixed to the top of the roof board. Then, the tiles n are respectively fixed to the chevron-shaped arc-shaped portion C and the double-chipped circular arc-shaped portion of the receiving material d.

The object of the present invention is to provide a dry building equipped with a mechanism that can ventilate the lower part of the building (means for solving the problem). A dry building equipped with a ridge has ventilation holes in the roof board of the ridge, an appropriate number of threaded rods erected on the ridgepoles at predetermined intervals, a pair of legs placed at predetermined intervals, and these. A top part that connects the upper part of the leg part (IiN) is formed such that part of a plurality of center holes opened at a predetermined interval in the top part are fitted into the threaded rod, and the leg part straddles the ridge part of the roof. A ridge stand of a predetermined length placed on the ridge part, a main body part of a predetermined height made up of a pair of side plates arranged at a predetermined interval joined by a top plate, and an outer side from the bottom of both side plates of this main body part. a pair of wing parts to which the tiles protruding from the top plate are aligned and fixed; a plurality of ridge members that are fitted and placed in layers on the two parts of the ridge stand via the main body, a substrate and both sides of the substrate (
) 1≦1. A baffle plate is provided, and this board is placed on the main body of the uppermost center member, and - portions of a plurality of center holes provided at predetermined intervals along the center of the board are connected to the threaded rod. A cover support member that is fitted and fixed to the ridge part together with the ridge stand and the center member by a Nand screwed into the upper part of each threaded rod, and a cover part that connects a pair of leg plates and the upper parts of both leg plates. #EniJ Note When both leg plates are fixed to both cover support parts of the cover support member, the cover part forms a narrow gap between the baffle plate of the cover support member and the cover member covers the cover support member and the predetermined It supports the lower surfaces of both sides of the crown tile, which has a width and length and is fixed to the uppermost roof tile or cover support member, and is placed and fixed on the ridge part in a manner that covers the cover member. It is composed of a spacer that forms a gap between the roof tile and the top surface of the roof tile.

In addition, as a dry building equipped with a ventilation mechanism, there is a ridge core member that is placed and fixed on the top of the main body of the uppermost ridge core member, a cover that covers the upper part of this ridge core member, and both sides of the lower part of this cover. A pair of wing parts extending outward from the base plate ξ2 is fixed to the lower surface of the wing. A cover member is provided that is fixed to the top tile together with the crown tile that has been installed, and forms a gap between the lower surface of the wing and the first side of the top tile.
A baffle plate may be provided to form a gap between the inside of the covering part and the surface of the roof tile or the (jjjl board) of the center member.

(Function) In the dry building constructed as described above, the air below the building passes through the gap formed between the screw rod and the roof board and the center hole drilled in the top plate of each center member. It ascends ten degrees and further enters the cover member provided at the upper part of the uppermost center member through the center hole of the cover support member identified above. After the air inside this cover member passes through a narrow gap formed by the baffle plate of the cover support member and the covering part of the cover member,
It enters the inside of the crown tile through a number of air holes in the cover support member outside the baffle plate and a gap between the lower end of the cover support portion of the cover support member and the surface of the roof tile.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in the dry building of the present invention, a gap is formed between the plurality of threaded rods installed on the ridgepole and the roof board at the locations where they pass through the ridge of the roof, The top plate of the ridge stand placed on the ridge part and the top plate of multiple ridge center members placed in a layered manner on the top of the ridge stand through the main body part are required outside the through holes of the draw rod. Ventilation holes are provided according to the requirements, and it is attached to a part of the uppermost ridge member 01 through a naso I screwed into each threaded rod and fixed to the ridge part together with the ridge stand and the ridge member. The same hole as that of the center member is provided in the cover support part H to be attached, and the uppermost part is provided with the uppermost part through the cover member and spacer which cover the negative part of this cover support member. A crown tile is provided to which the cover support part (A) is fixed, and a narrow passage is formed between the cover support part (A) and the cover member to prevent the air from the ridge part rising from the ventilation holes of the ridge stand and each wire core part 4A from passing through. The baffle plate has a large number of air holes through which the air that has passed through this baffle plate part flows out from the cover member, and the air that flows out from these air holes exits into the inside of the crown tile. At this time, by providing a cover support part that extends in the direction of the crown tile and narrows the passage, the air in the ridge passes through the baffle plate part, which is a narrow passage, and the F part of the cover support part, and flows into the crown tile. After that, it flows out of the dry building through the gap at the bottom of the crown tile formed by sliding, so the ridge can be constantly ventilated. Also, during typhoons, etc., the gap at the bottom of the crown tile flows out. When wind and rain enters the ridge, the cover support member prevents the wind and rain from entering the cover member, and the baffle plate prevents the wind and rain from entering the ridge member. This can prevent corrosion of wood in the ridge and ceiling, making the house last longer.

In addition, even in a dry type building in which an upper ridge center member is attached to the bottom of the second ridge member, and a cup member is provided to cover the upper part of the upper ridge center member, a cup communicating with the ridge member is installed. Since the inside of the member and the outside air side are communicated via a spacer fixed to the lower part of the wing surface of the cover member, the ridge can be ventilated, and the baffle plate provided on one member allows ventilation of the ridge. can prevent rainwater from entering.

Further, by providing grooves into which the legs of the cover member fit in the spacer support portion of the spacer support member, the cover portion H can be easily attached to the spacer support member, and the time for attaching the cover portion H can be shortened.

Furthermore, when fixing the spacer to the roof tile, it is possible to use wood screws, etc. by inserting it into the spacer support member through the engagement groove, or by clamping it on the inside of the roof tile with a clamping piece. The work time can be shortened compared to fixing the spacer to the roof tile.
