A half-round gutter 12 made of synthetic resin or thin metal plate is attached to this metal fitting 11 by nailing. However, such a conventional eaves gutter 10 has a structure that is very weak against external forces, and may be deformed due to accumulation of snow or clogging with dead leaves. In addition, from an aesthetic point of view, it also has drawbacks such as lack of solidity and being extremely unappealing.

A stop part, a slit-shaped groove provided on the outer upper edge of the rain gutter part parallel to the eaves and into which the edge of the waterproof sheet that is stretched on the inner surface of the rain gutter part is inserted and fixed, and a lower part of the rain gutter part. It consists of two protrusions provided to sandwich the fascia board, and can be nailed using nail holes provided in the hooking part and the protrusion.
It is made of pottery tiles made from molded clay.

As shown in FIG. 2, the roof 1 to which the eaves gutter tile 20 of the present invention is attached uses rafters 3 that are larger than usual, and a notch is provided at the top of the tip of the rafter 3. Horizontal rafters 4 are attached, and furthermore, crosspieces 6 are installed as a base with roofing boards 5 interposed therebetween. In addition, at the tip of the rafter 3, there is a fascia board 2 whose upper end is cut horizontally.
is installed. The eaves gutter tile 20 according to the present invention, which is attached to the eaves of such a roof 1, is made of a pottery tile formed from clay and fired in a kiln.
As shown in the figure, the eaves gutter tile 20 has a rain gutter part 21 having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and one of the upper edges of this rain gutter part 21 has a hook having a key part 23 at the tip. Part 2
2 are provided integrally. Further, an elongated groove 24 is provided on the other upper edge of the rain gutter section 21. Two parallel protrusions 25 and 26 extending in the same direction as the rain gutter part 21 are integrally provided at the lower part of the rain gutter part 21, and one protrusion part 25 has at least one nail hole 27. It is provided. Also,
The hooking portion 22 is also provided with a nail hole 28. In order to attach the eaves gutter tile 20 of the first embodiment configured in this way to the roof 1, first hook the key part 23 of the hook part 22 onto the crosspiece 6, and then attach the nose between the protrusions 25 and 26. Place the hidden board 2 and place the eaves and gutter tiles at the required positions. Next, the protrusion 25 and the nail hole 2 of the hook 22 are
Drive nails 30 from 7 and 28 to fix the eaves and gutter tiles 20. In this way, a plurality of eaves gutter tiles 20 are arranged in parallel along the eaves. Next, mortar 31 is laid on the bottom of the rain gutter 21 in order to give the bottom of the rain gutter 21 an appropriate slope, and a waterproof sheet 32 is applied on top of the mortar 31 and on the inner side surfaces of the rain gutter.
One edge of this waterproof sheet 32 is inserted and fixed in the groove 24 to prevent it from turning over, and the other edge is extended and attached to the upper surface of the hook 22.
In addition, in order to prevent dirt, dead leaves, etc. from accumulating in the rain gutter part 21, a small hole 29 is provided that penetrates from the groove 24 to the outer surface, and the rain gutter part 21 is opened using this small hole 29. It is preferable to fasten the net 33 provided to cover it with a wire or the like.

る。 4 and 5 of the drawings show a second embodiment of the eaves gutter tile according to the present invention. The eaves gutter tile 40 of this second embodiment differs from that of the first embodiment only in that the protrusion 41 located on the outside extends downward so as to cover the fascia plate 2. The lower end of the protrusion 41 has a drainage part 42 that protrudes toward the roof so as to receive the tip of the eaves ceiling board 7, and the surface of the protrusion 41 is used for driving nails 44 into the fascia board 2. A nail hole 43 is provided. The protrusion 41 completely covers the fascia plate 2, preventing the spread of fire from the eaves and improving fire prevention performance.

の効果を奏するものである。 As described above, according to the present invention, since the tiles are made of ceramic tiles, the durability is significantly improved, and in particular, the beauty unique to ceramic tiles can be obtained. In addition, the net can be stretched to prevent dead leaves from getting in, so long-term maintenance is unnecessary. Furthermore, although the eaves gutter tile of the present invention is quite heavy, it has many effects such as being able to be easily and firmly installed by simply placing it in the desired position and nailing it. It is something.
