FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a conventional tiled roof. This roof has a plurality of rafters R arranged along the slope of the roof on the main roof (not shown), and roof boards laid on each rafter R. A plurality of tile beams C perpendicular to the rafter direction are fixed on the N side at predetermined intervals, and the locking portion of the tile T is sequentially hooked to each of these tile beams C from the eaves side. I am trying to lock it and raise the roof.

However, in such a conventional tiled roof structure, the tiles T are only hooked and secured to the tile beams C, so there is a risk that the tiles T will be blown away under strong wind and rain pressure such as in a typhoon. In the event of an earthquake, the warped portions of the tiles T themselves may swing left and right or up and down in the longitudinal direction of the tile beams C, and there is a risk that they may become unlatched and fall, as well as cause damage to the space between adjacent tiles T. This caused problems such as misalignment, making it easy for rain to leak from the misaligned areas.

In addition, in order to solve the difficulties of conventional hooking and locking, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-146547, a long material having the required elasticity and toughness, such as a steel plate, is used to The main body part is formed into a groove shape, and a pair of clamping parts connected to the side plates at the upper end are provided inside the side plates of the groove of the main body part, and the clamping parts are engaged with the locking part of the tile between these clamping parts. By using resilient tile beams and attaching and fixing these tile beams to the rafters and the field boards laid between the rafters, perpendicular to the direction of the rafters, the tiles will remain intact even during strong winds, rain, or earthquake shaking. A tile fixing device is known that prevents the tile from being blown away and allows the roofing work to be easily carried out by simply pushing the locking portion of the tile between the clamping pieces of the tile beam.

However, with the tile fixing device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 56-146547, it is troublesome to position and fix the tile beams to the rafters at predetermined intervals, and errors occur in the spacing between the tile beams, resulting in eaves ridges. The overlapping margin of adjacent tiles in the direction of the eave ridge will be too small, which may cause rain to leak from the overlapping part of the tiles. In addition, during rainstorms, the overlap between the overlapping parts of tiles adjacent in the direction of the eave ridge may become too small. There was a problem in that water was blown into the roof in the form of mist, which wet the roof boards and caused leaks.

This invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and allows the tile beams to be easily fixed to the rafters at an accurate predetermined mutual spacing in the direction of the eave ridge, and prevents the overlapping margin of adjacent tiles in the direction of the eave ridge from becoming too small. This prevents rain from leaking from the overlapping parts of roof tiles, and even if a small amount of water blows in from between the overlapping parts of adjacent crosspiece tiles in the direction of the eaves during a rainstorm caused by a typhoon, this water will not leak. It is an object of the present invention to provide a device for fixing tiles in a tiled roof that can prevent the problem from occurring.

In order to achieve this object, the tile fixing device according to the present invention has a pair of cut-and-raised claws formed opposite to each other on the upper surface of a metal rafter fixed to the main roof, and these cut-and-raised claws. A large number of sets are arranged at predetermined intervals in the direction of the eaves, and a pair of long holes facing each other in the longitudinal direction of the tile beam are formed at the bottom of the groove provided in the tile beam, and these long holes A large number of sets of tiles are arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the rafters, and the tiles are supported on the rafters parallel to the main building, and the cut-and-raised claws of each set of rafters are set to the length of each set of tiles. Insert the tile into the hole and bend it, fix the tile crosspiece on the rafter, fit the locking part protruding from the back side of the tile into the groove of the tile crosspiece, and use the side plate of the groove to secure the locking part of the tile. At the same time, a draining plate, which is formed integrally with the side plate on the ridge side of the groove provided in the tile beam and extends toward the ridge side, and has a water return part erected at the tip, is locked in the groove. The part is placed on the back side of the tile that overlaps the ridge side of the tile.

In this invention, as described above, a metal rafter is provided with a plurality of pairs of cut-and-raised claws formed on the upper surface and arranged at predetermined intervals in the direction of the eaves, and a pair of cut-and-raised claws formed on the bottom of the groove. By using a tile frame in which many sets of long holes are arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the tile frame, and by inserting various cut and raised claws into each set of long holes and bending them, the tiles can be placed on the rafters. The crosspieces can be easily and accurately positioned and fixed at predetermined mutual intervals, and for this purpose, the tile is held elastically by the side plate of the groove by fitting the locking part into the groove of the tile crosspiece, and the ridge of the tile. The overlapping margin with the adjacent tile can be set to an appropriate size with no excess or deficiency, which helps prevent rain leakage from the overlapping part of the tile in the direction of the eave ridge.

In addition, a drain plate that is formed integrally with the side plate on the ridge side of the groove provided in the tile frame, extends toward the ridge side, and has a water return part at the tip, is placed adjacent to the ridge side of the tile where the locking part fits into the groove. Because it is located on the back side of the roof tiles, even if a small amount of rainwater is blown into the inside of the building in the form of mist from between the overlapping parts of tiles adjacent in the direction of the eaves on the roof tiles during a typhoon, etc. The water hits the water return part and falls onto the draining board, and also falls directly onto the draining board, which prevents the water from falling inside the tile rail, and the amount of water on the draining board is small and does not flow outside the tile board. When rain stops falling without overflowing, it dries up and does not lead to rain leaks, thus preventing rain leaks.
