Claims (1)
- 柱状のセンサ素子の外周面に該センサ素子をハ
ウジングに取り付けるためのフランジ状の固定部
が設けられ、該固定部は該センサ素子の検出部の
反対側の一端部の端面及び外周面に切り欠き部が
設けられ、該切り欠き部に前記センサ素子の長手
方向の付勢力を有するバネと前記センサ素子の長
手方向と直交する方向の付勢力を有するバネとが
備えられてなることを特徴とする酸素濃度センサ
。
