Claims (1)
- 圧力導入部材に接続するダイアフラムベースの
開口部に設けられ被測定流体側の面上に弾性保護
膜を有するシールダイアフラムを備えたダイアフ
ラム保持装置において、前記圧力導入部材にシー
ルダイアフラム側に開口する環状溝を形成し、こ
の環状溝内に圧入可能な環状の突部を前記弾性保
護膜の周縁に一体に設けたことを特徴とするダイ
アフラム保持装置。
