７図は半導体式ＣＯガス濃度検知器の出力特性図
である。 図において、１は本体ケース、６はＣＯガスセ
ンサ、１２は活性炭、１４はガス流入口である。
なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示
す。

- 本体ケースの表面に設けたガス侵入口と、前記
ガス侵入口に対向して前記本体ケースの外側に着
脱自在に配設した活性炭と、前記ガス侵入口に対
向して前記本体ケースの内側に設けたＣＯガスセ
ンサとを備えた半導体式ＣＯガス濃度検知器。
