Claims (1)
- 温度検出部が設けられたケースを覆う円筒状の
ホルダーの側周面をネジ加工し、被検出物に取り
つけられるフランジの中央部にネジ加工された円
筒状の胴体を設け、該胴体に前記ホルダーを螺着
してなることを特徴とする温度検出装置。
