Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable accurate communication between a drug container and a flexible liquid container by arranging a communication means made up of a communication pipe having a diameter expanding part, a friction plug member sealing an opening on the side of the drug container of the communication pipe and a cap-shaped moving member including a sticking needle projecting axially from a top face toward a plug of the drug container. CONSTITUTION:When a hanger 36 is removed and a finger is put on a flange 25 of an outer cylinder 24 to force the part of a lid 32. as a mouth part 31 of a vial 30 is made up of a rubber film in the center thereof, a tip blade of a sticking needle 48 pierces it. Under such a condition, with the further forcing of the vial 30, this action force acts on a rubber plug 44 through a tail end of the sticking needle 48 and overcomes a friction force with a connecting pipe 42 so that the rubber plug 44 is gotten down into a diameter expanding part 42a of the connecting pipe 42. At the position of the cap-shaped moving member 46. the rubber plug 44 is free in the diameter expanding part 42a so that a gap is generated in the perimeter thereof to make the inside of the vial 30 communicate with the inside of a liquid container 10. Under such a condition, an internal dissolving liquid is fed into or returned from the vial 30 by pressing or kneading the flexible liquid container 10 thereby enabling the dissolving of a powder drug in the vial 30.

Conventional infusion containers as kit products generally include a drug container whose opening is sealed with a pierceable stopper, which is held in a holding container.
This is connected to a flexible liquid container via an appropriate communication means. For example, as the communication means, a puncture needle is attached to the vial side and a breaking member is attached to the flexible liquid container side. After piercing the rubber stopper of a drug container with a needle, the breakable member is bent by hand to connect the two containers (Top Publication No. 61
-501129), or a device that uses a double-ended needle as a communication means and pierces both the drug container and the liquid container to communicate the two containers.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the conventional example using a breakable member, it takes time and effort to bend the breakable member, and if the opening by bending is not sufficient, the amount of liquid passing through is small and it takes time to dissolve. This is undesirable because it has the disadvantage of requiring a long time and there is also a risk that fragments of the breakable member may fall off and be mixed into the infusion. In addition, in the conventional example using a double-ended needle, a specially designed braking means is used to control the communication order so that one of the double-ended needles first pierces the stopper of the drug container and then pierces the closing membrane of the flexible liquid container. Since the effect of such a braking means cannot be intuitively seen from the outside, there is a risk that its operation may be confused in an emergency.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The infusion container of the present invention includes: a holding container that movably holds a drug container whose opening is sealed with a pierceable stopper; a flexible liquid container; A communication means for communicating the inside of the drug container and the inside of the flexible liquid container, the communication means being a communication pipe having an enlarged diameter part with a wide inner diameter in an axially intermediate part;
A cap-like movable member comprising a friction stopper member that seals the opening of the communication tube on the drug container side, and a puncture needle that is inserted from the drug container side of the communication tube and protrudes axially from the top surface toward the stopper of the drug container. It consists of parts. Then, the cap-shaped moving member is in a state in which: (1) the friction plug member located closer to the medicine container than the enlarged diameter portion of the communication tube contacts the tail end of the puncture needle and is prevented from moving toward the flexible liquid container; The puncture needle is at the first position where it can pierce the mouth stopper of the drug container moving toward the flexible liquid container; By coming into contact with the surface and moving further toward the flexible liquid container, the tail end of the puncture needle or the friction plug member can be pushed to take a second position where the friction plug member is dropped into the enlarged diameter portion of the communication tube. It looks like this.

[Function] In the infusion container according to the present invention having the above configuration, before use, the friction stopper member is located closer to the drug container than the enlarged diameter portion of the communication tube, and the flexible liquid container communicating with the communication tube and the flexible liquid container communicate with the communication tube. The inside is sealed, and this friction plug member comes into contact with the tail end of the puncture needle to prevent the cap-like moving member from moving toward the flexible liquid container.

When the drug container is moved further and the opening of the drug container comes into contact with the top surface of the cap-shaped moving member, the pushing force is applied directly to the friction stopper member through the puncture needle inside the cap-shaped moving member. , the friction stopper member begins to move toward the flexible liquid container and is finally dropped into the enlarged diameter portion of the communication pipe.

When the vial 30 is further pushed in, this acting force acts directly on the rubber stopper 44 via the tail end of the puncture needle 48, and the frictional force between the rubber stopper 44 and the connecting tube 42 is reduced. The rubber stopper 44 overcomes the

"Effect of the Invention J As explained above, the infusion container of the present invention can control the piercing order by balancing the frictional resistance of the friction stopper member and human power without using a complicated communication means for controlling the piercing order. Since the control is performed, the user can reliably establish communication between the drug container and the flexible liquid container by simply pushing the drug container in. Also, the friction stopper member can be connected to the communication tube. Unlike the case of piercing with a puncture needle, the structure allows the closure on the liquid container side to be made strong when not in use, and also prevents rubber particles generated during puncturing from entering the infusion liquid. There is also no fear that it will get mixed in.

[Scope of Claims] A holding container that movably holds a drug container whose mouth is sealed with a pierceable stopper, a flexible liquid container, an interior of the drug container, and a flexible liquid container. In an infusion container, the communication means includes a communication tube having an enlarged inner diameter in an axially intermediate portion thereof, and a friction stopper that seals an opening of the communication tube on the medicine container side. and a cap-shaped moving member that is externally inserted from the medicine container side of the communication tube and has a puncture needle that projects axially from the top surface toward the stopper of the medicine container, (1) the cap-like migration member However, in a state where the friction stopper member located closer to the drug container than the enlarged diameter portion of the communication tube contacts the tail end of the puncture needle and is prevented from moving toward the flexible liquid container, the puncture needle (2) a first position where the opening of the drug container moving toward the flexible liquid container can be pierced; and (2) the opening of the pierced drug container is in contact with the top surface of the cap-like moving member; Further, by moving toward the flexible liquid container side, the tail end of the puncture needle can take a second position by pushing the friction plug member and dropping the friction plug member into the enlarged diameter portion of the communication tube.
