とするということから黒色または灰色に着色され
たものとすることが好ましいが、この塗膜はスイ
ツチ用カバー部材と接着固着されることが必要と
されるので、スイツチ用カバー部材がシリコーン
ゴム製のものであればシリコーン系の塗料とする
ことがよく、他種のものとする場合にはこのシリ
コーンゴム製のスイツチ用カバー部材の表面を予
じめプライマーなどで処理しておくことがよい。
なお、この塗膜の厚さは遮光性が必要とされるの
で5〜50μmのものとすればよい。

剥離層は後記のように事後剥離除去されるもので
あることからこの層の厚さは例えば5〜300μmの
任意のものとすればよい。

おくことがよいが、この塗膜の厚さはこれが遮光
を目的とするものであることから5〜50μmのも
のとすればよい。

膜6と接着性をもつ遮光性の着色染料によつて被
覆層8が塗着固定される。本発明の方法はこのよ
うにして得られた第3図に示されたスイツチ用カ
バー部材の上部をブラシ、サンドペーパーなど
で摩擦して剥離層7の上部の被覆層8を取り除
き、ついで剥離層7を引き出すと剥離層7はスイ
ツチ用カバー部材、抜き符号5をもつ塗膜6と
は接着していないので容易にこれを剥離すること
ができ、これを剥離すると第4図に示したように
そのキーボード部表面に遮光性の塗膜6によつて
文字、図形5が抜き符号とされているスイツチ用
カバー部材が得られ、このものはそのa図に示
したようにその抜き符号5が上部から明瞭に目視
され、したがつてこの下方に照光部を設けたとき
にこの抜き符号5が光透過性を示すものになるの
である。
