1. A peeled part is formed using a paint that does not adhere to the paint film, and then a light-shielding coating layer is applied on this peeled part with a colored paint that adheres to the switch cover member and the paint film with the cutout code part. A method for manufacturing a cover member for a rubber switch, comprising peeling off a peeling part and a light-shielding coating layer on the peeling part to form a light transmitting part.
