(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 ベース部からキートップ部が表面側へ膨
出した基体と、該基体の表面全面に形成された遮光性着
色層と、該遮光性着色層を文字・記号形状に除去してな
る表示部とを備える照光式押釦スイッチ用押圧部材を製
造する製造方法において、 キャリアフィルム上に遮光性着色樹脂組成物で遮光性着
色層を積層形成してシート状物を作製し、該シート状物
を、前記キートップ部と対応した彫り込み凹部が形成さ
れた彫り込み金型に前記遮光性着色層が前記彫り込み凹
部の開口面と対面する状態で載置し、前記シート状物を
遮光層成形金型で押圧してシート状物を前記彫り込み金
型に貼合した状態で賦形した後、該賦形されたシート状
物から前記キャリアフィルムを剥離し、 次に、略板状に成形された未加硫ゴム組成物を前記彫り
込み金型の彫り込み凹部開口面上に載置し、該未加硫ゴ
ム組成物を基体成形金型により押圧して前記遮光性着色
層上に基体を成形した後に前記彫り込み金型から取り外
し、前記遮光性着色層をレーザーにより除去して表示部
を形成することを特徴とする照光式押釦スイッチ用押圧
部材の製造方法。

色層を積層形成してシート状物を作製し、該シート状物
を、前記キートップ部と対応した彫り込み凹部が形成さ
れた彫り込み金型上に前記遮光性着色層が前記彫り込み
凹部の開口面と対面する状態で載置し、前記シート状物
を遮光層成形金型で加圧、加熱して前記遮光性着色層を
前記彫り込み金型に貼合した状態で加硫させ、該加硫硬
化した遮光性着色層から前記キャリアフィルムを剥離し
た後、 前記彫り込み金型の彫り込み凹部内底面の遮光性着色層
上に流動性を有する透光性着色樹脂組成物を載せ、該透
光性着色樹脂組成物を金型により加圧、加熱して前記彫
り込み凹部内底面上の遮光性着色層の少なくとも一部に
天面着色層を成形し、 次いで、略シート状に成形された未加硫ゴム組成物を前
記彫り込み金型の彫り込み凹部開口面上に載置し、該未
加硫ゴム組成物を基体成形金型により加圧、加熱して前
記透光性着色層と一体に固着した基体を成形した後に前

ザーにより除去して前記表示部を形成することを特徴と
