以上の説明によって明らか様に、本考案による板状材の縁部固定具は、以下に 列挙した如き実用上の優れた効果を奏する。 (a)例えば、アルミ製のカーポートやテラス等の屋根を葺くのに、従来の押 え縁に替えて、本考案の縁部固定具を使用すれば、従来行っていた、押え縁にボ ルト孔を明け、又、紐状パッキンを貼付け、一方、梁の複数箇所にナットを取付 けると言う、極めて手間・暇のかかる準備作業は一切不要化し、それらの作業に 替えて、縁部固定具の嵌合突部を、長尺取付部材の掛止用溝に押し込むという、 ワンタッチ取付作業だけで足りる様になる。 (b) そして、従来の様に、押え縁を梁に固定する多数個のボルト・ナット や、水密封止用の紐状パッキンが不要なので、此等補助資材を購入し保管する手 間と経費も一切不要化する。 (c) 従って、従来のボルト・ナットを用いた押え縁の締結工法に比べて、 作業能率が著しく向上すると共に、副資材費の不要化に伴って、板状材の取付工 事に要する作業時間と経費を大幅に節減できる。 (d) 更に、アルミ製の押え縁と梁とを、鉄系金属製のボルト・ナットで締 結することに由来する、従来のアルミ材の電気化学的腐食問題も解消する。 As is clear from the above explanation, the plate edge fixing device according to the present invention is as follows.
