折板屋根材の棟側端部同士を連結するための棟板であっ
て、折板屋根材の谷部の上面形状と略同形状の本体部と
折板屋根材の山部に嵌合可能な構造のキャップ部とを一
体に形成すると共に、本体部及びキャップ部を屋根の勾
配方向に沿わせて傾斜させ、また、棟板の略中央部に棟
に沿ってリブを形成し、上記リブは本体部の底面に凸状
リブ、傾斜面に凹状リブ、キャップ部に凸状リブをそれ
ぞれ棟と平行な方向に沿って形成し、上記リブを中心と
して本体部及びキャップ部の両端部分をそれぞれ斜め下
方に曲げ加工して成ることを特徴とする棟板。
