従来、実公平4−1267号公報に窓枠と外壁の防水構造が記載されている。上記公報記載の窓枠と外壁の防水構造は、窓枠と外壁との間に配置される水切り材と水密材とを具備したものである。
また、水切り材と外壁との間に水密材として、各種のブチルテープが貼設されている。

しかしながら、上記ブチルテープは粘着性を有しているので外壁材の位置合わせや修正に手間取る等作業性に問題があった。

本発明は、このような従来の水切り材に貼設される水密材の問題点に着目してなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、従来の問題点を解決し、作業性に優れ、防水性に優れた水切り材及びそれを用いた窓上の防水構造を提供することにある。

上記目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の発明は、屋外方向に下り勾配にされた傾斜部と、この傾斜部の屋外側端部から下方に延びる下延部と、傾斜部の屋内側端部から上方に延びる上延部とからなり、上延部の屋外面に粘着性を有する水密材と、隣接して水密材の厚みより大きくなされ、粘着性がなく、圧縮性を有する発泡体が貼設されていることを特徴とする。

本発明の水切り材6は、図1と図2に示すように、不図示の外壁材の下端部と窓上枠9及び窓縦枠7との間に配置され屋外方向に下り勾配にされた傾斜部61と、この傾斜部61の屋外側端部から下方に延びる下延部63と、傾斜部の屋内側端部から不図示の外壁の裏面側で上方に延びる上延部62とからなり、上延部62の外壁面側に粘着性を有するブチルゴムテープの水密材65が貼設され、隣接して水密材の厚みより大きくなされ、粘着性がなく、圧縮性を有するウレタン系発泡体68が貼設されている。

上記下地材5(スタッド)は、断面コ字形状の型鋼であって、外壁面側には発泡ポリエチレンシート51が貼設されている。

次に、上記水切り材を使用した窓上の防水構造の施工方法について説明する。
まず、窓縦枠上キャップ71の廻りにブチルゴムシーラント67をセットする。そして、水切り材6に貼設された水密材64及び65の離型紙をはがし窓上枠9及び窓縦枠上キャップ71にセットする。
ついで、水密材66を水切り材6と下地材5との間に水密材65と密着させながら貼り渡す。

この段階では外壁材と水切り材6の粘着性がなく、圧縮性を有するウレタン系発泡体68と接し、水密材65及び66とは接しておらず位置合わせ等の修正が容易にできる。外壁材の位置合わせが終了した時点で窓水切りスペーサー11を外壁材と水切り材6の間に挿入しその端面を防水する。
最後に、外壁材のフレーム(不図示)と下地材5とをリベット等で固着し、下地材5に貼設された発泡ポリエチレンシート51及びウレタン系発泡体68を圧縮することで外壁材と下地材との間を水密にする。

(実施例の作用)
