Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 建築物の外周部あるいは中央部の土台周縁に
沿つて布基礎が打設され、地面より比較的高い頂
部に床天井部を形成し、床天井にも断熱材を施工
してなる高床式建築物の床構造において、少なく
とも布基礎付近に施工される床天井断熱材と根太
との間に通気溝を形成し、該通気溝と外気及び前
記建築物内に形成された通気層とを、布基礎に形
成してある換気口を介して連通自在にすることを
特徴とする高床式建築物の床構造。 ２ 前記換気口には、断熱性、気密性に優れてい
る開閉ダンパが装着してあることを特徴とする請
求項第１項に記載の高床式建築物の床構造。
