Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 階下と階上の壁体内部に上下方向に走る通気層
    を形成し、階上と階下の壁体間に配設されるラチ
    ス梁の屋外側に幕板断熱材を配設し、この幕板断
    熱材と幕板断熱材の屋外側に配設される外装材と
    の間に上下方向に走る通気路を形成すると共にこ
    の通気路を介して上記階下壁体の通気層と階上壁
    体の通気層を連通させ、幕板断熱材に通気孔を穿
    設してラチス梁内部と通気路とを連通せしみて成
    る外壁構造。
